It was a Quick walk in for program of key fob I was attended . Best service dealer I have been too very professional. Great fair prices. 170 for both remotes as a apposed to 150 each at Oak lawn haggarty VW .

Hi. Recently purchased '12 Passat. John was very helpful and knowledgeable. He allowed me to store my car for a couple of days at the dealership. When i came to pick it up car was already outside and ready to go!!!

Heberto Delgado is the BEST!

Because of service representatives like Heberto Delgado, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Not only was he extremely patient and informative with me, he followed up via text, phone calls and emails. His customer service was the best!

Quick change of flat tire

Had an untimely flat tire occur on a busy Saturday afternoon. Called the service center and was able to bring the car in right away. Because we had purchased the tire and wheel protection plan, we had a new tire put on the car within just a couple hours of calling. Great customer service.

Full service without complications

Super friendly, proactive in making it right. Offered a loaner car before I could even ask for one when my car was going to take longer than a day. Clear communications. Offering a ride to work while my car gets repaired. Couldn't think of a better experience.

Oil Change

Great customer service experience, excellent service. Overall experience was very positive without any issues. The Lyft service really adds to the convenience to everything, and having the car ready for pickup right after work, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Shortest dealer appointment ever (not good).

1 star for the level of dishonesty. I visited earlier in the week to view a Q5. I expected some flaws with it being used, but not a giant scrape through the clearcoat on the front bumper (in the photos on cars.com, it doesn't look as bad and might even look like a reflection of something depending on the angle). The salesman and his manager both claimed the defects were simply part of it being "a city car." Because they used the EXACT SAME language within 10 minutes of each other, I assume they've had trouble selling the vehicle because they've been called on this defect before--and the list price appears to have dropped in the last couple of days. Honestly, the front bumper looks like someone ran it into a concrete wall. If that happened during parallel parking, the previous owner must've been literally blind (and it absolutely is enough damage to be reportable). I felt relieved after leaving and decided to purchase my Audi elsewhere, even spending over my original budget. (Cue Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman"--BIG MISTAKE! LOL) The level of customer service I experienced the following day at an actual Audi dealership blew me away, and there were no excuses.

Shady with fees

Spent a couple of days through email with a sales manager with me just trying to know what additional fees they charge as I didn't want to drive a good distance before knowing this. I was finally told they can't tell me this information unless I am inside the dealership. What a joke. Literally have cash in hand to buy the car and can't even tell me their extra fees.
