We live in Lafayette which has no Lexus dealership. We have always been a Toyota family, but this time we were interested in upgrading to a premium class vehicle. My wife not only knew which model (RX 350 Premium Plus), but also insisted an exterior color of black with a lighter colored interior. We were on the border of giving up when we changed salesmen. Within 3 or 4 days, Caleb was able to locate the exact car for which we were searching. Literally 8-10 days after putting down a good faith deposit, I was able to pick up the vehicle. The dealership was also very accommodating with dealing with us having to drive in from an hour away.

Been friends of dealer for years 2bd Lexus always a Volvo fan but moved to Lexus, it because of friendship but I like the new profict( gx550) it’s really appealing and I’m glad I’ve decided to buy from friends( it can be difficult)
