2 hrs waiting on finance manager just to sign papers and
2 hrs waiting on finance manager just to sign papers and he was rude. David lied and said I had to buy after market tint, 3m film and nitrogen for tires for $1.800. He said the car came that way from manufacture and could not change. Told me to be there at 10:30 to sign for the car and got to sign at 12:30. Unacceptable for luxury car dealership. Miserable, 6th and last car from Price LeBlanc Lexus unless things change. Would never recommend!!!!

My salesman, Byron George was exceptional.
My salesman, Byron George was exceptional. I told him what I was looking for and he found the exact vehicle at another dealership and had it delivered for pickup the next day. He was very professional and knowledgeable of how to setup the vehicle in the Lexus app and it did not take long at all. I have purchased a vehicle through Byron after the 2016 flood and he very helpful and I was glad he was ready to assist me with my recent purchase. I also would like to commend the Melvin Burden, he had previously help me before and was readily available to assist in my financing. Thanks for employing two wonderful young men!!

They originally mistook my car, which was somewhat inconsequential. And then they trie to uncharge me on some things without really informing me about what those things were. I would have preferred more transparency in that regard. I cannot remember any names however, like "Bartholomew."
