Shelley was an amazing person to do business with, for she was kind and very helpful when it came to picking out my first car. She showed my grandfather and myself a lot of respect and she was very willing to help us find the car I wanted. Shelley even went out of her way to help us bring the car home the same day. She is an amazing person and I am so glade she was there to help me find my new car. Thank you Shelley!

My experience at Preston Auto Outlet was outstanding. My salesman was available at prearranged time. The whole process went smoothly and quickly. Finance manager was efficient and kind. Before I knew it I was driving home with my new purchase. They had exactly what I wanted and was treated very professionally.

I have not even purchased a vehicle (new or used) yet but feel compelled to write even before I purchase: Walt contacted me by email fairly late Sunday night. He called early today. He has been the consumate professional. I realized that what I have stated might seem like he has been too aggressive; that would be very wrong. Walt is doing all he can to find the car that is right for me. He has been incredibly forthcoming in terms of "deals" on new vehicles and has clearly invited me to peruse the used vehicles. I feel as though he is my financial agent rather than an antagonistic and opportunistic sales person. I have the feeling that he will not care (at least not show it to me) whether I buy or lease a new car or simply buy the lowest priced used car to accommadte my budget (which has been compromised due to recent diabetes). I will write again when my purchase is complete. For now, I conur with the other writers who have found Preston to be of the highest quality and their home for auto care and cars in the future. I highly recommend Preston!

I needed a car and Bill Hudson and Jason worked with me to get the right car with the right financing. it was great to work with someone who actually listened to what I needed and they provided it.

Keith and bill were phenomenal, even though our credit was not the greatest they did everything that they could to get us in a vehicle, not just any vehicle but the vehicle that we wanted. They really made us feel welcomed. Going into to buy a new car had me very stressed but once we got there and could see how much effort these guys put in, to get us the car we wanted I was actually relieved.
