I'm giving my five stars based on my experience thus far, and my HOPE for the experience going forward. First, my experience thus far: This dealership interaction has been nothing short of phenomenal! Beginning with Esmeralda, she went above and beyond when I initially reached out...taking (requested by me) picks of the vehicle before they were posted online, sending me pics or the RPO codes, and answering TONS of annoying questions. She was simply AMAZING! When it came time to actually drive the car, Kaleel and Binty were exceptional! They were nice, NOT pushy at ALL, and incredibly personable. I couldn't have asked for better salespeople! To go a step further, I live 1.5 hours away from this dealership and live alone. When I asked about getting the car home, they OFFERED to deliver it to me the next day. Needless to say, this was a HUGE relief! Upon delivery, I noticed that it was missing a front license plate bracket. Since my state requires it (and the state where I bought it from doesn't), I needed one. I contacted Esmeralda and she got to work! I received a call from the service department (sorry, don't know who he was) to inform me that the bracket was in. I told him I couldn't get there for a bit due to the distance and he volunteered to ship it to me! I'm telling you, the customer service at this place, at least based on my recent experience, is AMAZING! Now to the HOPE part... Upon delivery, I took the car for a drive. Within 3 miles, the check engine light comes on. I take it to AutoZone to get the code read, and I take that information back to Esmeralda via email. She explains that the issue may be covered under their 3mo/3k mile warranty, and that I could take it to a local dealership and get reimbursed by Legends for the deductible so I wouldn't have to drive the 1.5 hours back to them. I was SO THANKFUL!! However, as of right now, the claim has either been denied or is pending some decision from Legends. I am hopeful that, based on everything else I've experienced with this dealership, that the issue will be fully covered and rectified by Legends. There are other small things these people, especially Esmeralda, has done throughout our multiple emails regarding this vehicle, but I won't bore you with them. I'm just saying that this has been the BEST buying and customer service experience I've ever had at a dealership, and they deserve that credit whether they help me with this issue or not. I sincerely hope they DO...but even if they don't/can't/won't...the experience up and until the CEL issue cannot be denied.

What should have been a simple check has turned into a months-long battle. That tells you everything you need to know about how this dealership values its customers after the sale is done.

After reviewing your situation, I can confirm that your vehicle was financed through Honda and that the loan has been paid in full. In most total-loss situations, the insurance settlement is applied to satisfy the outstanding loan balance, which includes any financed products such as an extended service contract. When an extended service contract is canceled, any applicable refund is generally processed according to the terms of the contract and, if there is an active lien at the time of cancellation, is typically sent to the lienholder to be applied toward the loan balance. I sincerely apologize if this process and the status of your cancellation were not communicated clearly or in a timely manner. Regardless of the outcome, you deserved better communication from our team, and for that I take responsibility. If you still have questions regarding the cancellation or would like us to review the documentation with you, I would be happy to personally assist and ensure you have a complete understanding of how the refund was processed. My insurance company paid the remainder of the loan and the lien holder has no record of legends attempting to send them the cancellation reimbursement.

I had bought my previous Honda from Legends Honda and had a great experience, so when I was in the market for a new car Legends Honda was my #1 choice of dealerships. I did purchase my new Honda from there, but that will be the last car I purchase from Legends Honda! My issues aren't with Aiden Fisher, who did his best to assist me with finding a car and doing all my paperwork. My issues are with the sales manager, Dylan Lett. Even though he told me not to do this review unless I gave him 5 stars, I'm doing it anyway. His customer service is beyond lacking. Im not going into all the issues I have with him because it's a lengthy list, but I will say this...Legends Honda has lost my respect, future business and recommendations due to him. If anyone decides to purchase a car from Legends Honda please don't work with Dylan Lett because you will be highly disappointed and frustrated. You won't be treated like a valued customer. Just a sale. Period. Giving 2 stars was generous. He has absolutely zero customer service skills, so if you're wanting anything beyond signing on that dotted line for your new car find a different sales person.

Had a great experience at Legends Honda. They were not pushy and there was not a lot of back and forth on the price. They offered us a great price on our trade in. Marquis, the product specialist was very knowledgeable on the car features and Tony, the sales. Mgr was very friendly and understanding of our needs.
