Review of purchase experience of a 2017 Sonata
As previously stated I would rate my overall sanctification as excellent, what else can I say, I left with a new Sonata that I love, at a price I was happy with , so what else could you ask for.

Great service
When I purchased a 2009 accent from this dealership in 2008 the service was excellent. Eight years later when I started looking at new car prices on the internet, I got emails from every where wanting to sell me a car. However when you show up after a rough day at work in your work closes, you can walk around looking quite a while before being asked if you need any help. This was not the case with with this dealer ship. Someone was asking how they could help me 30 seconds after I had gotten out of my car. Their service was still as good as it was in 2008.

One Day Shopping Experience
I went to Pearson Hyundai on a Saturday with a list of 10 different cars or SUVs at other dealerships that I wanted to test drive during the month of January. However, when I looked at the 2017 Santa Fe Sport, I knew deep down that THIS was going to be the vehicle that I would purchase. I told Mike, the sales professional, that I was a return customer because I liked the 10-year or 100,000 mile warranty. To my surprise, Mike said "..we don't offer that anymore--we now have a 20-year or 200,000 mile warranty!" Well, that was super news! I'm still saying to myself . . . "how can you beat that?" I then took the Santa Fe for a test drive and was quite impressed with how easily the SUV was to handle. I especially liked how easy it was to make a sharp U-turn. Right then, I knew that my shopping list of 10 cars should be discarded. After some negotiating, we all agreed on a price of the vehicle that was affordable, all the paperwork was signed and I went away that evening a happy car shopper. I'm glad I went to Pearson Hyundai 1st. They are the best!!

Impressed
The sales associate was very impressive with his knowledge of the module car I was interested in. I like the fact he understood I was buying the car and not my husband. He directed most of his attention to me. And what I was looking for in a car. At some other dealerships that wasn't the case.
