Pearson Hyundai dealership review

My experience with Pearson Hyundai over the last year has been very good. Sales staff, service staff have been efficient and professional. I would recommend Pearson Hyundai to anyone interested in purchasing or servicing a Hyundai.

Backing Up and 4 Wheel Drive.

What a joy to see a full range view when backing up. In Virginia 4 wheel drive is a must. I feel that this should be the standard for all cars. This would reduce many accidents in snow conditions. My 2017 HYUNDAI TUCSON has 4 wheel drive.

A wonderful experience

From the time I walked in until my wife left with her new car I had a wonderful experience. George Best helped me find the vehicle that I wanted for my wife with all of the features I requested. All she had to do was pick out the color. George was very professional as was the rest of the staff. They handled the finance and the appointment for my first service. My wife and I left very happy people. I would definitely recommend Pearson.

Excellent

We are returning buyers and always have been treated like royalty. The dealer ship is clean and all the associates were respectful. They always open the door rather you were coming or going. Great Dealer Ship.

Great service

Jason was friendly and attentive worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted. Educated me on product And made sure I was comfortable with what I was gettting. I'll be getting my next upgrade from here for sure.

Awesome!

We came in on a Sunday when the dealership opened and we were out by 3pm with a brand new Santa Fe Sport - we are super happy with the vehicle. We felt like we got a good trade in value and a manageable payment for the new car. Thanks so much for all of your help!

Review

This was my first car purchase and it went smoother than I expected. Wonderful staff helped me find the right car for me. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase to stop by and just have a chat with any of the helpful staff they all know a great deal.

Retrain employees

This is my second purchase from Pearson Hyundai and my wife also purchased a vehicle. Customer service is lacking. Why? Why is purchasing a new vehicle from Pearson Hyundai like going to the dentist? Its something that you want to do but DON'T really want to deal with the pain. The employees in the financing department need retraining on how to help and assist customers with purchasing a vehicle. Very poor customer service.

Hyundai 2017 Lease

The experience at Hyundai was very excellent. All personnel that we encountered were extremely professional and courteous. Mike Howard was excellent as a salesperson, we plan on recommending him to anyone who might be in the market for a car!
