Love my new car!

My Hyundai salesman, Justin, was extremely helpful and professional in working with us. I'm very happy with my 2017 Santa Fe Sport. I would recommend him to my friends!

Great vehicle - Great experience

A good experience all around and I would return to Pearson if I ever purchase another vehicle which I doubt since I am now eighty-one years old. And I now hope that is twenty-five words!

Out the Door - Customer Service No More

After the fact, I found out that the sales representative was only interested in our money and his commission. Once he had a signed document he failed to provide any level of customer service or even a response. Three additional items required coordination after the sale was complete and a full month later I am not able to state I am fully satisfied that all three items have been addressed per the terms of sale.

Awesome Customer Service

Words cannot express the awesome experience I had at Person. Jason went above and beyond to get me an awesome deal. He really cares about the people/customers that he is assisting. In addition, he is very attentive to what I was looking for. Initially, I wasn't impressed with Pearson Hyundai's cars and I had a bad experience with other car dealerships in the past. However, the staff at Pearson Hyundai on Midlothian really exemplified the true meaning of customer service. The sales staff, service staff and everyone at Pearson Hyundai really treat their customers like lifetime family. Awesome!!!! I can say that I found my home when it comes to buying cars.
