I recently purchased a Mercedes GLC 300 from Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury, and I had the pleasure of working with Arthur Gordon. From start to finish, Arthur was personal, quick to respond, extremely helpful, and very pleasant to work with. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer my questions and ensure I felt confident in my purchase. I wish I can give the service 4 stars , but I can't .

I wish I can give the service 4 stars , but I can't . They broke my fuel line during recall I had to go back several time to get the engine bay washed, then the oil dip stick was broken. They did try to make it right , but overall , I wouldn't go back.

The process of purchasing my dream car was absolutely

The process of purchasing my dream car was absolutely flawless with you guys! Everything was explained thoroughly, I never felt mislead or pressure. As a female buying a car for the first time in quite a few years I was very nervous, but the team at MB Shrewsbury took all of those nerves away. From the scheduling accommodations made for the test drive, the phone calls and texts to answer all of my questions, to the genuine nature of both Arthur and Maurice, there was a smile on my face throughout the entire process. I truly can't say enough great things about them, but I will say I'm very grateful to have chosen this dealership and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Mercedes!

Nice experience with my first C-class C300 purchase. Nick is very personal and knowledgeable, Anjula is warm and friendly, Amie is a pleasure to work with. Although there’re some small things not clear or missed, they were quick to explain or fix them.

Sleazy sales man at its finest, went in there to purchase

Sleazy sales man at its finest, went in there to purchase a car through my bank, insisted to try to sell me financing option through them even though I refused and wanted to purchase the car through my bank… avoid this salesman at all cost rude and disrespectful… I don’t know what mike thought I owed him but he lost a sale.
