The team here is exceptional, very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable! The customer service itself deserves its own 5 star review. The attentiveness, attention to detail, & commitment to easing the car buying process with every intention for it to be as painless and seamless as possible. They answered my countless questions and went into full detail of their rigorous inspection process of every vehicle. I also like that this is a family owned business where you can tell every employee truly cares for each and every customer. The owner even made it a point to speak to me and make me feel welcomed. Would recommend to any and everyone!

Had a great experience buying a lifted Silverado from here! The truck was priced better than the others I looked at and the vehicle was in great condition. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Thanks for being awesome TLC!

Deceptive and fraudulent. The dealership lied and promised that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and it was in top condition. The second day having the vehicle the check engine light came on. I've taken it in multiple times and they haven't resolved the issue, even after I paid for repairs. I'm going to keep this short. They refused to honor their word and I have them on audio recordings There are too many issues to explain here alone. I will be seeking legal counsel.

Dealer Sold a car to my 20-year-old daughter forcing her to purchase a LoJack service agreement that she tried to decline several times. Sales manager lied to her and said she is required by law to take the subscription which is a lie and illegal in the state of South Carolina when a vehicle is not financed through them directly. Having LoJack installed on the vehicle doesnot equal requirement to have to activate. It is illegal in the state of South Carolina to force the service on a buyer that has outside financing!! When trying to contact them to set this straight sales manager got very rude and hung up on me. He seriously was trying to tell me that he was rightfully extorting a young female purchasing her first car by forcing her to pay the service simply because it was installed on the car! Then he proceeded to also try to tell me it was actually illegal to talk to me while my daughter was standing right there!! All I can say is buyer beware scammer!!!!

Great dealership! I was a cash buyer with a trade in so was in and out in a little over an hour. I did feel like they couldb='ve given me a little more for my trade in considering I spend over $6K in maintenance on it, so that didn't sit right with me.
