Korum Hyundai

After 4 days and 4 different dealerships I finally got a car from Korum. Went in for a used car and found a better deal on a brand new car. I was super nervous but everyone was very friendly and answered all my questions. Great car, great warranty, great experience!

I went in with a particular car in mind (Sonata) but Mason was able to help me narrow down the choices based on what I really needed in a car and I ended up with a Tucson which was a little cheaper but had nearly everything I was looking for from the start. I am thrilled with the car, how it drives, and its comfort! I've heard from Mason to see how everything is going which I thought was a nice gesture. One of the top points for the dealership was the fact that I never felt pressured to purchase any particular vehicle. We even left in the evening without a decision and returned the next day to the same wonderful service. Thank you Mason and everyone who provided a wonderful car buying experience.

Our salesman, Mason, went above and beyond to make sure we found the car(s) that fit our needs. We went in with lots of questions and open to most any vehicle that Korum Hyundai of Puyallup, WA had for sale. Mason spent Saturday evening and Sunday evening with us as we test drove a few different models and editions of different types. We wound up buying two new vehicles and had no way to get one of them home. Mason, without hesitation, offered to drive one to our home. Might I add it was quite a bit later than the dealership's regular hours. Mason's hospitality, personality, and patience helped us decide to purchase from Korum Hyundai.

Our buying experience from Korum Hyundai in Puyallup, WA was a successful one. From our first contact with our salesman, Mason, to our last, he made the experience very satisfying. He was insightful and accommodating with our new car search. We had found one other car from a local competitor that was a good option for us. In my opinion the competitor's salesman paled in comparison to Mason. It was Mason's personality and patience that prompted us to buy from Korum Hyundai. We appreciated the time and effort Mason put into our purchase.

I bought my very first car from Korum back in 1991. I remember that the service was great and my car was great. So when it came time for my teenage step son to get his first new car, I thought of Korum! We called to check on pricing and we had a great conversation with Jhamal Tipton. He was very pleasant, had lot of good information and we scheduled an appointment to check out a Hyundai Elantra. Right out of the gate when we met Jhamal he made us feel very comfortable. He wasn't pushy, wasn't too sales-y (if that is a word) and the best way to describe him is real. He knew what we were looking for so had us check out their inventory. He was fantastic at explaining the differences between all of the models (there were many) and never pushed us in any one direction. After checking out all the options we settled on the 2018 Elantra Limited. Which, by the way, was super impressive! My wife and I drive high end Italian and German cars and this Elantra has the same features and more that ours! After settling on our trade-in (Jhamal made is super easy and relatively quick!) we had a great conversation with the Finance Manager. While my step-son was going through the delivery process of the car with Jhamal (something by the way other dealerships should absolutely do) the GM came over and introduced himself. We had a good conversation and he made us feel right at home! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Korum-from the moment Jhamal picked up the phone to when my step-son drove away. They are a very classy, professional dealership that obviously cares about their customers happiness and satisfaction, Something that is rare to find, it seems, these days. We HIGHLY recommend them for your vehicle purchase!

Excellent. 4th car purchased from them. All four brand new. Honest. Transparent. Will purchase from them in the future. Listened to what I needed. Found exactly what I needed. Payment came in $10 lower than previous payment. Have purchased from them since 2003. God is good.

I had zack as my salesmen and he was over the top amazing! I went in the lot just browsing to see the different styles and walked out with a brand new 2017 car! He made sure I saw all the models and makes to see what I liked and made sure to make the process fun and easy. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. He took me into stories of his life and made that connection along the way other then only wanting to talk sales and push me into buying a car. It was stress free and no pushy at all like it had been at almost all other car lots!

Just stopped by Korum Hyundai to look and after 3 visits the wife got her car. Mason was more than helpful and was willing to let us take our time. He answered all our questions and the wife left with her new car

Don was so helpful in guiding my husband and I through the car buying process. He was authentic and genuine and I didn't feel the way most car dealers trade buyers. He was so nice and if I could I would adopt him as my grandpa!!!
