Best place to go car shopping

Went to Korum looking to buy a new car, it was a little far but worth the trip. They were very helpful and made the whole process go by smoothly. I definitely plan on coming back the next time I buy a car.

Leased a new 2017 Tucson

Had a great experience leasing my new 2017 Tucson. Justin, the sales manager, worked with me and my budget over email/text for about a week. When I got to the dealership I already knew what vehicle I'd be getting and what my monthly payments would be. No need to haggle or negotiate with anyone. Mason took me on my test drive and helped me fill out all my paperwork. Was in and out of there in about an hour. Much better than spending an entire day at a dealership. My Tucson looks great and I'm definitely pleased with the price they got me. Will keep leasing a Hyundai as long as they keep up the great customer service

A great car-buying experience!

Mason helped us find the perfect vehicle for our needs - he was very friendly and didn't pressure us or try to "upsell" us to things we didn't need. The whole process was comfortable and easy!

New car

I had a very good experience buying my new car. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I'm not one who likes the whole "looking and buying a car" but it wasn't bad at all.

One Amazing Experience and New Car Purchase

Since 2010 we have purchased 3 amazing / beautiful cars from Korum Hyundai on River Road in Puyallup. Two of those cars we purchased within the last two months - one for our daughter and the second one for me. The last vehicle we purchased was on May 13th, a 2017 Tuscon SE Plus AWD... and what a beautiful, well equipped and absolutely smooth ride it is. Our Tuscon is not only beautiful but is additionally the highest tech vehicle I have ever owned in my life... We Love It! For each vehicle we have been so very lucky to have Mr. Dean Lawthers as our Sales Rep. Dean is the most honest, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and "No pressure" Sales guy I have ever had the pleasure of working with in my 40 years of buying cars. Dean spends so much quality time with you in search of the right fit between you and your next ride. I don't know how he does it but Dean has every detail, every tidbit of information about the vehicle your looking at in his head. So he's not running back and forth between you and his Office to get you details. He stays with you, effortlessly gets you to communicate the kind of car and features you're looking for and how Korum Hyundai can help you get into your dream car. The Korum Hyundai Finance guys are the best! Between Dean and the finance guys we have always always always gotten the best deals on our trade-ins and the new cars we were purchasing. The great thing about Dean is that he never stops working for you, even after you take your new car home. Dean calls and emails to make sure all is going well and that you are still enjoying your new car. We have never been unhappy with the extraordinary quality and beauty of our new Hyundai cars and we have never been unhappy or disappointed with the remarkable quality and personal touch of the Korum Hyundai Family and Dean Lawthers' Customer Service - Never!

used car for my daughter

It has been 8 months since I purchased a used 2013 Hyundai Elantra from the pre owned lot. It still drives very well with no repairs. Our sales person Dmitriy Sapunov was very helpful and professional. Another sale person helps also in the process. We had to negotiate the final price with the sales manage Mark but it was a overall fair price for us and the dealer. Our finance person was the most friendly and helpful person in the finance department of any car dealership I have ever encountered. Overall a great deal and fair process and would recommend them if your are looking for a used car. Martin

New car

Husband and I went in there to look, we left with a 2017 Elantra. Sales was no pressure, and it was great. I would recommend them for anyone looking to lease or purchase a vehicle.

Don Sposato made the purchase a happy experience

I got the car that I wanted for a reasonable price from a very helpful salesman, Don Sposato. It handles beautifully, looks very smart and is the envy of all my friends. Don filled the gas tank, and went to great lengths to make sure I understood all the features. He called me back a couple of times to ensure that the blue link and other features were properly installed.

Waste of time.

If you have a recall notice, be sure you call first. I got the notice, my VIN qualified, I made an appointment, took time off work and took my car in. Only to find out they don't carry the parts. Need to order them. I need to take more time off. Sure would be nice if I knew ahead of time I wasn't going to actually get any service before I went to the service' department. And it sure didn't seem like the staff gave a rip.
