Excellent Dealership!

I just purchased a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from Korum. What a great experience this was! Dean was the sales person who worked with me. He was very knowledgeable, articulate and diligent. Really took time to show me all the great features of the Sport. Doug worked out all the financing details for me, giving me lots of good choices. The whole experience was great and I love my new marlin blue Santa Fe Sport! What a dream car!

I'll Be Back!

My search for a new vehicle ended where it started, nearly two months ago, at Korum. Choosing the right make and model was a well researched process, and it was not easy. Selecting the Hyundai dealership to do business with was a slam-dunk, knee-slap, no-brainer! Dean Lawthers was the first salesman I've spoken with in 18 years, and he stuck with me through the end as I filtered out the competition. Thorough, knowledgeable, and witty, he defies the stereotype. There was not the slightest hint of pressure or deception that I found elsewhere. He negotiated fairly with me, handed me off to his manager to finalize the smooth purchase, introduced me to my slick new ride, a 2015 Sonata Sport 2.0T Limited, and I drove away a happy car buyer.

By far, the best car buying experience ever!

Went into Korum Hyundai with my mom to drop her 2008 Sonata off for regular scheduled maintenance, and am really glad I did!! I originally was looking for a Honda Civic, but after test driving a new 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited, I knew this was the car I wanted. The experience was Professional, and very relaxing. Don Sposato was extremely helpful and made it a great experience. I felt he completely listened to my requests and did everything possible to meet them. it was the smoothest and most stress free car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks Don!! I couldn't be happier with my car!

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had.

Went in and test drove several vehicles and decided on a new Elantra. I found an incredible price somewhere else but Korum Hyundai matched the price and saved me a long drive. The whole experience was low pressure and Don Sposato was extremely helpful and made it a relaxing experience. I really felt they listened to my requests and did their best to meet them. I came with my my wife and 4 kids to the dealership and it was still a smooth and stress free experience. This is my 2nd Hyundai, bought my first 14 years ago and just traded it in for my 2nd. I am very pleased with the car and service provided by everyone at Korum Hyundai.

Couldn't have been better!

I went to Korum Hyundai in Puyallup after a rather disappointing experience at another dealership. I decided to go to this location after both my boyfriend and work colleague both own a Hyundai and love them. I test drove the Tucson and immediately knew I wanted it. Don Sposato was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and most important low pressure. I felt very comfortable with him. Jim Koch couldn't have been more understanding of my previous experience and the whole team did everything they could to make the process easy and what we could work with. Thank you again for everything I love my new car!??

An extremely enjoyable car buying experience

We had been to a number of other dealers recently and stopped by Korum Ford and didn't find anything that appealed to us and Pam walked across the street with us to Korum Hyundai and introduced us to Dave Baxter who did an amazing job of showing us whatever we wanted to see and answered all of our questions and took all the time we needed to make an informed decision! It was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had with the least amount of pressure We would definitely recommend Korum Hyundai and Dave Baxter to anyone in the market for a new car

Mr Baxter was very upfront.

I went in to look at Sante Fe's for a possible replacement for my sorrento. I was so impressed with the Sonata Hybrid, that I traded my Jetta TDI in. When it comes time to trade my sorrento in, I will head down to Korum first.
