Lexus of ClearwaterReviews
Lexus of Clearwater review
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Lexus of Clearwater. My visit was not what I expected, so I replied to their survey the following day. My concern had to do with the service representative and not the service to my vehicle. A few days later, I received a call from their customer service representative who was very apologetic and explained that my issue was addressed should not occur again. As a Lexus customer I was very pleased and impressed by the immediate actions taken by their customer service representative. No one is perfect and know people have bad days, regardless I was very satisfied how Lexus handled my issue. I respect the fact that they dealt with this concern in a professional manner. That is why I love Lexus.

Great experience getting my flat tire fixed at Lexus. My service advisor, Bella, was friendly, professional, and kept me updated the whole time. She explained everything clearly with no pressure or upselling, and my car was ready quickly. Highly recommend asking for Bella — she really takes care of her customers!

James and Lin were great. Night and day difference between this dealership and another I had gone too. It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. They had me in and out in less than 3hours and they were easy to work with, were very straightforward, and had very little bs to drag you around and keep you there forever. Overall, great experience buying my first car.

Where to I begin to explain how wonderful this dealership is? James Charm, my salesperson, was so understanding and patient. He took the time to explain everything I needed. I had some difficulties with the car I purchased and he resolved everything! I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Bernard Bryant, the sales manager was so friendly and helpful. The staff seem to get along very well and the atmosphere reflexes this feeling. This was definitely a different car buying experience for me! The staff here will make sure you are happy with your purchase! Thank you Mesa Lexus. I love my car!

Lexus of Orange County review
What a GREAT experience!!! After a NIGHTMARE dealing with DarCar Lexus of Englewood in NJ, I went right over to Orange County Lexus and am so glad I did!! My husband and I were greeted outside in the lot by Tyler Figueroa, who then proceeded to assist us in showing us a few options. He is very friendly & knowledgeable, making this experience a true pleasure. The whole environment is positive and the rest of the staff are all so friendly and helpful as well. The gentlemen who handles the finance paperwork is also wonderful to work with and I am very thankful to him & Tyler for making this happen. Like i said - the experience at Darcar in Englewood was horrible - Lexus of Orange County was able to erase the negativity felt walking out of that location and provide me with a feeling of complete satisfaction - very pleased with my decision to go here and purchase a vehicle from them. Happy to be part of the Lexus of Orange County family... Thank you!!

This was my very first car buying experience on my own. In times past even as recent as 5 days before I purchased my lovely Lexus, I've always known the car buying experience to be long, drawn out, and frustrating. This was truly the most pleasant, smooth, easy car buying experience I have ever had. To GOD BE THE GLORY Darryl Jones was the most professional and personable; truly an expert at what he does. Lexus of Merrillville has quite a gem in their midst. Thank you Darryl Jones and Lexus of Merrillville for such a wonderful experience!

AutoNation Ford BradentonReviews
AutoNation Ford Bradenton review
I went to 2 other Ford dealerships, 2 salvage garages, and an auto body collision shop for a quote on a driver's side sun visor that snapped off on my Ford Edge. 4 of the 5 shops quoted me an out of door price of over $800 plus tax. One shop never returned my call. A serviceman covered his mouth and told me to call AutoNation Ford of Bradenton. Frustrated, I did and thank heavens I did!! From start to finish, I had nothing but a quick response, as well as courteous and prompt service from Tristan from the mobile team dept. Not only did he quote an almost $350 cheaper price difference, he sent one of his team members down to where I live (An hour away) to fix it!! Within 10 minutes Joel, the kind and professional service technician, had my visor fixed and was on his way to his next customer! Where in today's world do you find this kind of customer service? And fantastic pricing difference? Highly highly recommend Tristan and his team from AutoNation Ford of Bradenton!!

2026 Lexus IS 350 review
I needed another car because my car was on the outs and I had been googling and reviewing cars for about 6 months and Lexus really caught my eye. The ratings and comparisons to like cars was what made my decision for me. I've had the car now for about 3 weeks and it is a joy to drive. There are some safety additions I have to get used to but overall, I'm pretty happy with this vehicle.

great experience overall, Mr. Eric Mkofsky-my sales rep is extremely knowledgeable, nonjudgemental, with amazing professionalism exhibition and great work ethic. Not pushy, give details of every account with only guided decision-making. I was impressed and would for sure revisit and or recommend him to anyone. He made the practically cumbersome auto purchase seamless for me and my family
