The current owner of this dealership is awful.
The current owner of this dealership is awful. I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership and I have referred others as well. If not for a friend being a salesman at the dealership, I would have stopped buying and utilizing the service department. The final straw was the dealership want charge me for a service department visit, which we were led to believe was a charge covered by Ford. Not only was the charge not covered by Ford, but the recommended fix the dealership performed didn’t solve the problem. This wasn’t a one off issue with this dealership. It was a combination of several situations where the dealership treated us very poorly and where we finally decided enough is enough.

Not good customer service
I had purchased a car and I specifically asked the dealer about what happens if there is a problem after buying the car and what the policy was. He said that they are good about working with the customers. Within 3 weeks later, the alternator went bad and needed to be replaced. Champion Ford was not willing to pay any part of the repair.

Like new used
We have bought several used vehicles from Champion over the last few years and what really impresses us the most was their used vehicles where as nice as most dealers new inventory. We have not found another dealer in the area or anywhere that reconditions their used vehicles like Champion

2010 F-250
