Horrible customer service. The agent started talking to someone else while dealing with me. Then kept asking for paperwork and never ran my credit application. He was persistent in getting income papers before running the app for credit approval. Was acting as if I didn't have a legal job. Then continued to talk to the person from before instead of keeping with me and my appointment with him. No sense of customer service and staying with his appointment...ME. did not make me feel comfortable.

Service was excellent. Staff very polite and friendly and very helpful. I LOVE MY HONDA CRV Definitely coming back again outstanding service willing to work with you

They do not run their cars true a true inspection. Buyer beware of what you're buying

I do not usually leave bad reviews, as a business owner I get that you can not make everyone happy.. But, I at least try to be honest and fair. I bought a car from Citi and 3 days later I notice a clunking noise in the front. after 2 weeks of back and forth and taking it to "their shop" and trying to get me to pay for "some of the bill" as per Joe the owner.. The car is still making the same noise the shop and Joe the owner of Citi auto refuse to remedy the problem.. I took it to an independent shop and it needs about 600 dollars in front end work, This after their shop said they did 1300 in work.. Nice a 12000 dollar vehicle that needs 2k in work in less than a week.. Apparently their 90 days or 3000 miles on the window is a complete lie! very sad because I actually like the car and David the sales man was awesome! If they fix it I will edit my review, If you see this still posted take fair warning before buying your next car here.

They really try to workwith you to maoe buying a car affordable for you despite your credit rating. Answers ypur questions no haggling! Beautiful vehicle looked exactly as advertised.
