Been coming here for over 15 years and the service always been excellent in and out job well done customer service is amazing wouldn’t nowhere else for my service.

Went well accept now a tire sensor is off by 5 lbs. psi.

I took my car to Bob Bell Kane Street, It took them

I took my car to Bob Bell Kane Street, It took them four months to figure that it needs power module replaced. Once I was handed over vehicle, driver side window panel was not closed, Stick was not adjusted, tire monitors were some how not work and oil stains inside vehicle. Within a month I was told my starter was mala functioning, another $1800, now withing week of that, check engine sign is own with oil pump pressure sign. They fix one thing and I see three more problems

I have dropped my vehicle at dealership again on Monday, since then I am calling for update but, left messages and no response or update. It seems like I am getting punished for purchasing a vehicle at BobBell and paying it off responsibly

The staff is excellent and the quality of work. Jamie and staff does great work and that’s why I choose to go to Bob Bell for my service needs

I have taken both of my vehicles there for oil changes

I have taken both of my vehicles there for oil changes and break work. On my last visit I ordered a set of new tires that was a Friday morning was told they would be there friday aftrnoon and car will be ready that day; it took until Tuesday the following week to get my vechicle srerviced; they compt a rental but i still don't think it should have taken that long plus the women who I was dealing with kept changing her dates of completion. All in all I would use them again but I would wait until tires are on site before leving my car.

The only car place I will take my car

My new Chevy bolt has been non functional since I bought it. People kept lying to me and refusing to help me until I got to Joe Flynn at Bob Bell! He kept trying to help me visit after visit until he did enough research to solve the problems. The dealership I bought it from refused to help. General Motors didn’t know as much a Joe. I don’t ever want anyone else to take care of my car again! Thank you

I’ve been having my vehicle serviced at Bob Bell for 19

I’ve been having my vehicle serviced at Bob Bell for 19 years, Mr. J. Jackson is my mechanic and as you can see I’ve been pleased with the work he does and Stacy’s an excellent representative. As long as they there I will continue to support Bob Bell.

Bob Bell

We had a great experience buying out the 2023 Malibu from Bob Bell Chevrolet. Our salesperson Kendrick Carmicheal was outstanding in his knowledge of the products and the process to get us through everything in a reasonable time period, Kendrick treated us with respect as he answered all of our questions. He even helped us look for discounts that we qualify for . Thank you also to Mr. Rodney Boone of finance for explaining every page and answering all of our questions before we signed the contract,
