First service appointment for my new Tundra. Started with a proactive call from Eddy’s to schedule and then followed with reminder and ask if I needed a loaner car for the day. Updated the status of vehicle and then a personal phone call to review service. Pulled up with loaner - all ready to go. Throughout the experience - courteous and professional. The service personnel were ambassadors for the dealership. Thanks to the team.

Things went well and h didn’t have to wait to long,
Things went well and h didn’t have to wait to long, however my car didn’t get washed or vacuumed…The weather maybe? And the napkins from my glovebox were on the floor. So that was weird.

They found a car like we wanted and had to work to get it to Wichita, but they seemed happy to do that! We could not be happier! Everyone was friendly and helpful. They kept us in the loop about everything going on! Just a great experience!
