Leeson is always friendly and is very polite. The service usually is pretty quick and they communicate well with the work that is needed to be done. We haven’t had many issues with our Acura MDX but when we did they were helpful in letting us know what we need to do to get it fixed. They were not afraid to let us know that this one repair was going to need to be done at the Acura dealership. They have been helpful with helping us keep our vehicle running well. Also they clean it every time they work on it.

I had an appointment to get my 10,000 mile service.
I had an appointment to get my 10,000 mile service. I was reminded with a text of my appointment greeted when I got there advised what they were gonna do gave the approximate time it would be done which was minimal time and received the car in the expected time allotted. I also ended up getting a new battery because mine was stated that a cell was bad.

I was totally dissatisfied with my visit at Eddy's
I was totally dissatisfied with my visit at Eddy's Toyota. I bought my car from ET. You guys are the only ones who have worked on it. Bought new tires from you, only people who have rotated my tires, yet you would charge me for what you say are swollen or damaged lug nuts! I built airplanes, and understand if you use powered torque on the lug nuts without careful consideration it becomes problematic. I was given the option of paying for replacements at such a high price or going elsewhere. I understand that it is your job to make a sale, but do not pass the damages cause by your service technician of to me, you all have a socket that is slightly oversized by 1/2 that you agree familiar with that you could have used to remove the stolen lug nuts, yet you send me , the customer away, possibly in danger, due to your past negligence, you say tear brakes and rotors need changibg, yet, again I am sent away with a possible defective vehicle, ifi had given you permission to charge me this ridiculous price for repairs, you would have found a way to remove the lug nuts. Wow! I am going to make sure that I do Not bring my vehicle back to you all for anything, i am also going to let others know that your service is much less than desirable, you have lost a customer and You do not care, the only way you can earn my business back is to reimburse me for the damages that you all caused with your impact wrenches to my lug nuts. Thank you for your lavish of customer service and care,

My vehicle was serviced quickly and efficiently. It was returned to me clean and inside. I didn't have to find it on the lot. Henry explained all available service options and kept me informed as to the progress on my vehicle.
