Hong was so great to work with.

Hong was so great to work with. Explained everything and took care of my vehicle like it was his own. Love the video they do and go the extra mile to make sure I am completely satisfied with the experience.

I think Eddys Toyota is fair at least they try to be more

I think Eddys Toyota is fair at least they try to be more fair than some of the other dealerships. Some tried to take advantage of seniors it’s just that I am a senior in age, but my mind and heart is young.

I've hald multiple disappointing experiences at this

I've hald multiple disappointing experiences at this dealership. I took my truck in there for a recall- they did not fix the issue and my truck display screen still says I need to take it in for a recall. Now I will need to spend more time and money taking it in to somewhere else. I cannot recommend this dealership.

I've had multiple terrible experiences at this

I've had multiple terrible experiences at this dealership. I've owned 3 tacomas over the last 19 years. I took my '23 tacoma into Eddys recently for a recall. The dealership wasted my time, and money, and my truck continues to tell me on the screen that it needs to be taken in for a recall. Now I will have to use more time to have another dealership fix the problem.
