I went to Eddy's Toyota with my Tacoma for a oil change

I went to Eddy's Toyota with my Tacoma for a oil change and tire rotation. Jeremy met me at the drive and about a hour later he came to get me. Jeremy went over the recommendations for my truck. Looks like air filters and a battery is needed. Very professional and courteous. Thank you.

Oil change, tire rotation, and fluid/filter check was efficient, quick and reasonable priced. My service tech, the assistant manager, Hong, was polite and professional. I would book service here again.

Jose was a tremendous help when arriving at Eddy’s maintenance department. He shared information about a new plan of assistance for oil changes that would save us money and gave us options for payment. Jose was very knowledgeable and we appreciate his guidance. Way to go Eddy’s, you hire the best!

Shady dealership, don't get me wrong I love my Toyota but

Shady dealership, don't get me wrong I love my Toyota but wish I did not buy it from this dealership. I bought the extended warranty and maintenance package that was supposed to cover my wheels and tires. But when I got a flat suddenly I don't have coverage and that's a different package which we will sell you for a additional $1400. So they lied to me when they said it was in package I bought and I remember having the discussion with the financing guy that it would cover if I put different tires and wheels on my vehicle. So do yourself a favor buy a Toyota but not from Eddy's.
