My daughter bought her first car from Oz two years ago when she turned 16. He was extremely helpful and kind to my daughter and gave her an excellent deal. She got in an accident and the car was totaled. We came back to Oz Brothers and he helped find her another car that she was able to afford with the insurance check. Sadly, a year later she totaled that one (just front fender damage). We once again called Oz and he had a car that she would like. He came way down on the price so that the insurance would cover the cost of the car. He is extremely honest and just a nice person. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

Better than expected experience!! He was wonderful to work with, answered any questions, completely patient with timimg, and above all... Had an issue with the battery the next day and he drove an hour out to me and replaced it for me! Simply incredible and I will refer him to anyone I know!!! Also great hospitality during the buying process!!! Will def shop with him for my upcomins son!!!

I recently bought a car from Oz. Really friendly guy, but he cuts corners and passes on the costs to the buyer. Less than two months after buying my car from him I had to pay $1200 to repair the brakes (which he said would last 6-12 months) in addition to the battery. Took the car to his mechanics of choice (Mavis) but they fixed one thing and broke another. Avoid Oz if you can.

I helped a good friend Wendy shop for a used Toyota Camry. We looked at countless used cars all over town, mostly via Craigslist. We saw a lot of not-so-good cars. But we were both very impressed with a car at Oz Brothers, and ended up buying it. Oktay (Oz) was easy to deal with, fast to respond to questions and messages, and straightforward about the condition of the car. He was able to negotiate (somewhat -- since the car was listed at a decent price to start with, not overpriced like a lot of used car dealers). And after the sale, he spent over an hour getting my friend familiar with the car, syncing her cell phone, demonstrating features, etc. I'm writing this review because my friend is too busy, but I want people to know that Oz Brothers is a solid place to shop for a used car.

Called this guy to buy a car gave him a timeline of when I would be there. Was running a few minutes late so let him know and he said no problem. Just as we got there he called and asked if we were there yet. I told him we just passed his place and were turning around. He told me someone just put a deposit down and the car was sold. He knew I was coming from a distance to get to him and was only 6 minutes late and he sold the car out from under me. Very dishonest car dealer and will sell the car right out from under your nose. It's not worth the trip to visit this dealer. He will tell you the car is sold before you are even in the driveway. STAY AWAY!!!

My 20 year old daughter needed a reliable car to get back and forth to college and work. We both researched local dealerships, and visited several. We were both very impressed with the time and attention the owner of Oz Brothers gave us. He never put any pressure on us, and made the whole process easy and fun! He even let us drive the car to our mechanic to look it over and make sure everything was in good working order. We noticed a small hole in one of the seat covers, and he took action to make it right, without hesitation. A couple weeks after the purchase, my daughter was having some difficulty with the sound system. Ozzy responded to her inquiry right away, and took a look at the problem. It ended up being an issue with the cord she was using, and not with the car. We just love this little car! It's been super-reliable and everything we were looking for! My daughter and I would both highly recommend Oz Brothers Auto if you're in the market for a reliable used car at a fair price!!
