The service [LOF] was excellent as usual. I was pleasantly surprised [again] to find out that my oil change was complimentary as it was, I guess, #5 and free :-) What a great incentive to return and keep returning. Another very nice service is the $1 car wash. However, this time I requested but did not receive the car wash. I was in a bit of a hurry to leave so could not address the issue at the time. Seems to me that this might be automatically included unless 'refused' by the customer. Just a thought! Thanks again for your kind attention and follow-up.

It was an all around great experience. I leased my vehicle from this location, had repairs done when someone ran into my Acadia and have used the service station to get oil changes done as well. No complaints and high praises for everyone all around.

Aaron asked me exactly what I wanted and even offered advice on how to go about applying for a loan. I was approved for a loan and he looked into other areas and got me better offers. There was no pressure and everything went smoothly. This is the second vehicle I have bought from this dealership and I will gladly return to them for all of my vehicle needs/maintenance.

The service Reps. are knowledgeable, courteous, and If I had to give anyone advice why I Go to FOX MOTORS, The main reason is their SERVICE DEPARTMENT and the Management of said Department.
