I was very impressed with the quality of service when initially purchasing my 2011 Buick Regal. I have been back a couple of times since then for oil changes and a tire rotation. The service was both prompt and friendly.

My family was driving from Lansing to grand haven and our suv broke down. The dealership was thoughtful and tried to check the vehicle before we left with our rental. Also they actually fixed our car on that Saturday so that we would be able to pick it up that same day on our way back to lansing. The employees were thoughtful and considerate and understood our needs and exceeded our expectations.
