This was my first time working with Fox Motors. The sales staff was very helpful and willing to put as much time in as I needed to make a decision. They did not use any pressure tactics to finish the sale. I was able to drive a number of vehicles to help with making my decision on a final vehicle type and style. I was very happy with the treatment and would be likely to return for another purchase.

Was dissatisfied with quality of communication and tenacity of Service Rep.in facilitating repairs. Was very impressed that the person that checked me out escalated my concerns to John Phillips, GM and he promptly called for my feedback. Despite several attempts to reach me, John didn't give up. Ultimately, what was a less than ideal ex perience Was completely redeemed by Mr. Philips!! That tells me how much this group of professionals want to have happy customers and I WILL BE BACK for any future maintenance or repairs. I'm confident these will be positive experiences and I can rely on my relationship with Fox Buick when I purchase my next Acadia.
