nice service

Friendly quick efficient fair priced service. The only recommendation would be that when it's winter that you shovel or plow where you are parking vehicles for a nice convenience to your customers.

GMC Terrain 2015

Very good experience all the way from walking in the door to driving the new vehicle home. Very happy!

Staff polite and efficient. Came in for an oil change, was told it would be about 30 minutes and I believe it was completed and I was out the door in about 20 minutes.

2O15 GMC YUKON XL - THE BIG DADDY EXPERIENCE

Fox Buick / GMC Sales Consultant Keith Gavelink ROCKED!!!!! He is a HUGE asset to the Fox Group, super personable and professional. Fox is a business partner of mine and had the vehicle my wife wanted. Super clean and very hospitable enviornment. Overall, great experience! (My wife is very happy)

Supposed to be Certified Pre Owned

Found the Yukon XL my wife had been wanting, contacted the dealer about the truck and it was presented as a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. It had the insignia on the website and the salesman both on the phone and in person represented it this way. I was signing the paper work and was then told it is only a "Fox Certified" vehicle that carries a warranty only with their dealer. Fox is 110 miles from my house, we drove nearly two hours to trade in our vehicle on what we were mislead to believe was a CPO vehicle which would have a maintenance plan and a GM warranty. I was offered four free oil changes for the misunderstanding. When the generic "how did we do" email came I gave the appropriate feedback and was contacted by the general manager, who explained he would see what he could do and call me back within the hour. That was a week ago, still no word from him. The salesman made sure I knew he would be in contact the following weeks after the sale to be sure we still like the vehicle. After nearly three weeks, no word from him either.

Review of service

I asked specifically to have my tires filled with air and although I had an oil change and tire rotation, my tires were not filled. I also ask for an estimate on a new set of tires and did not receive that either. Very unusual for this dealership and disappointing.

Fabulous Customer Experience
