My service was excellent.

My service was excellent. My fourth Subaru from Stivers. My sales representative was Jasper Garciac and he could not have been more helpful in any way. Had just replaced the serpentine belt in my 2015

Had just replaced the serpentine belt in my 2015 Forester, and took it in to Stivers for an oil change a couple of years ago. Upon leaving I was told the serpentine belt was old and needed replacing. I explained it was brand new, and I was very skeptical. Had it checked at a local garage. It was new and in great shape. This was an attempt to get me to do work that was not needed. Very unethical. I have not returned.

Didn't buy my 2010 Forester from Stivers because USAA

Didn't buy my 2010 Forester from Stivers because USAA didn't find my choice their . After a large oil leak came up and I phoned Marc , repairs were made . Just a week ago my a/c went out and and idiot light came on . Repairs were quickly made and Marc carefully explained the problems. Very happy to do business there .

I finally get my crosstrek back, and the steering wheel

I finally get my crosstrek back, and the steering wheel is offset. My car’s never been to any shop other than a dealership. Stivers Subaru of Decatur has the worst shop I’ve been to.

My Crosstrek has never drove as bad as when I let Stivers Subaru service it. I’m honestly questioning if it was malicious. My vehicle has never been serviced by anyone other than certified Subaru dealerships, which makes this experience even that more worst. I’ll truthfully tell anyone about the shoddy work Gin S Khai, and the guys over at Stivers Subaru does, anytime the topic of mechanics, or car, or Subaru’s or dealerships come up. I swear that by my life. They’re absolutely horrible.

I have contacted this dealer regarding new vehicles I was interested in and spoke with at least 2 different salesman on the phone that were supposed to send me some info and get back to me but I ever heard a so much as a phone call or text, etc. even though I told them I was interested. How ANY car dealer can OPERATE IN THIS MANNER IS BEYOND ME!!!!

I brought my car in for replacement of air bags on a

I brought my car in for replacement of air bags on a recall two times. The first time they put a knick in my dashboard when lifting it up. The second time, the knick was larger and my radio was damaged. I didn't realize right away since it would pick up a signal in some (higher) locations and closer to the city. It turns out that they damaged the antenna part of the radio and I had to replace the unit. I had no proof other than the timing and had very little satisfaction dealing with them previously due to the damage to my dashboard. I would never purchase or have service done with this dealership again and recommend that you go elsewhere.
