I was there few days ago, and we had a great experience...

I was there few days ago, and we had a great experience shopping with Eddy Romero. He was kind, charismatic and answered all of my questions with no rush and not in a pushy matter. Which also made us feel comfortable about buying from you! I will be recommending him as a sales man with all of my family and friends!

Amber is the best!

Buying a car is one of the things I hate the most, however, from the minute Amber greeted us at the door it was a pleasant experience. She was knowledgeable, personable and showed us all our options. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend Amber! She was fantastic!!

I wished I saw all the negative reviews on here before I...

I wished I saw all the negative reviews on here before I wasted my time dealing with this dealer. They put attractive prices online to allure customers in but surprise you with numerous fees they put on top of the price after they hit your credit and everything. Paint Protection, $1,500, Dealership Package for $2,400, etc, Our price was 6K higher than what they put online. The manager and the finance guy came out one by one try to make “deals” scratching some of the fees off but still $3K above the advertised price. The sales tactics they use is absolutely an insult to educated and sophisticated customers. I’ve never experienced this nonsense with any of the Lexus dealers. I will go back to them.

Terrible Customer Service

We went in to take a look at a used car and spoke to Jason. The actual process while we were there was great and super professional. Our buying options are slim and we're aware of that but to our faces, he let us know this was definitely a possibility. Fast forward the next day and week, we haven't heard one word from anyone at this dealership. It is incredibly unprofessional to not contact someone back whether you can help them or not. We will never step foot in this dealership again. And will be sure to let everyone else we know looking to purchase, the same. Say one thing to your face, do another behind your back... the worst kind of salesperson there is!
