I have been to many dealerships in search for the perfect car and felt pretty hopeless. that is, until I found Mitsubishi 46! of all the dealerships I have stepped foot into I have found that this ranked the highest on my list. there was a great selection of vehicles and the customer service was out of the world! anyone who is in search for a new ride should definitely check out this dealership!

We came to the Route 46 Mitsubishi on Feb 21 to test drive the Outlander ES 7 seaters, after making an appointment with Staling (Ralphy) Almonte. We came with my all family (wife and 2 kids). Very nice welcome from the staff. With Ralphy the test drive went very smooth, we didn't plan to buy on the spot, however Ralphy was so helping us and re-assurring us with great deal and all that, and therefore we decided to buy on the spot the brand new Outlander ES. No hassle from paperwork and payment perspective. Ralphy has been very helpful and great salesman. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ralphy to anyone. Beside the waiting room is so cozy for the kids (popcorn, TV etc) that we can leave them during the whole process. Thanks Ralphy !!!

Came to see what the big deal about the new Outlander Sport was all about and met with Alex Thormes, a sales representative there at the dealership. Alex spent about three hours showing me all about the Outlander Sport and I was very impressed with what he had to say, as most of it was right on the money with what was written online. I was even more pleased that he honored the Edmunds price certificate that I printed out and brought in. Overall, though the deal did take some time, I got exactly the vehicle that I wanted at a price that was right. Josue Alvarado handled the final paperwork and we purchased some additional accessories for the vehicle. I called on 2/2/15 to schedule an easy n simple oil change the service rep said no prob xxxx schedul me for 2/11/15. I arived at the service center at 7:45 am 1st cust here and its now 11:00 oclock and my car is still just sitting there in the garage. I found out from a tech that the oil filter needed for my car was not ordered. Really!!! Almost 2weeks and they couldnt have the descentcy to let me know that the oil filter isnt available? Horrible,horrible service dept never will i ever recomend this place to nobody not even my worst enemy. Oh and on top of that i lost $290 day of work.! S_T_A_Y A_W_A_Y!!!!

Awesome dealership! Managers were helpful and not to mention my sales rep! He knew everything about the Evo! Very shocked how they got me into a new Evo! I am very happy and I must say, it had to be the best stop I've made and I'm glad I did! I recommend this dealership!

Great buying experience from route 46 when I bought my 2012 used Lancer evolution

They drag their feet and never call back when they need to. Messages and vmails later still no answer. Now if they owe you money and your told they can't do it only on Monday. How is it that only one person does it and he is never onsite?
