Employee who checked me out explained everything to me. Vehicle was very clean when I picked it up. It was nice to be able to pay for services at drop off and didn't need to walk around the building.

It was an easy experience.

Niro service

Sales tech up front, honest. Told me about current service work order/recall. Only wish Kia would fix the problem that they are aware is an issue

I leased my first car there and had a great experience

I leased my first car there and had a great experience and just bought a new one after the lease was up. I had it factory ordered and it arrived in a month and 2 weeks! I just love it!

Great Service Team at Kia N. Aurora

I had the 90K service - so I knew it would take a few hours. I was able to work in the comfortable, efficient waiting area (coffee, wifi, charging ports) and was kept aware of progress. The car was taken in quickly and check out was a breeze as well. The price was fair for all the work completed at this service milestone. I'm always confident they will complete the work timely and keep my car working as expected. They're a really excellent service team.

Awesome service and helpful associates.

They were able to get the sap off my car. It had been on for awhile. Also, they helped me decide what work should be done first and what could wait 2-3 months. Keep up the good work πŸ‘πŸ‘
