This is the fourth explorer we've purchased from Rod Baker. I'm pretty sure we are not done yet. We only meet with a sale person once, we keep returning because of the awesome service department.

Highly Recommended

Rod Baker Ford was easy and painless to deal with. Leased a new Ford Expedition. They found exactly what I was looking for. This was the third vehicle I have purchased from Jeff Walter and as always a pleasure to deal with.

Rod Baker is the only place I'll get service or purchase a F

This is vehicle #6 that I've purchased from Rod Baker Ford. The only place I have it serviced is at the dealership or its affiliate on RT-59 and 135th ST. They are always there for you, and answer any and all questions.

Friendly and reliable service.

I brought my C-Max in for a recall. I they told me it would be about a half of day so I went home. Sure enough it was just about the time I expected to be called. The car was clean and the recall was done. I really like how they treat a woman at this dealer. They will explain what was done and answer my questions. We have purchased 4 cars since we moved here in 2003, and always have had a wonderful car but when we decide to trade in we feel confident we will have a good price and wonderful service.

Great shuttle experience

I had my Ford C-Max serviced, including 3 recalls. I used the shuttle service provided to work and back. The shuttle driver was very good and personable.
