I had a great experience working with my salesman,
I had a great experience working with my salesman, Tom—he was helpful and professional throughout the process. However, I left a message for him with another salesman that was never passed along. Also, the warranty manager was dismissive and gave very short answers to my questions, which was disappointing. Overall, a mix of good and not-so-great service.

It is ridiculous that every time I called the dealership
It is ridiculous that every time I called the dealership no one answered the phone. The awful automated attendant answered the phone and my only option was to recieve a text message. I am not a 12 year school old i actually want to talk to someone. I will never stop foot in a #1 Cochran dealership, none of them.

Awesome service. Dropped my car off in the evening and they contacted me with an update the next day. Got my issue fixed fast and they got my car ready for me to pick up in a timely manner.
