I took my 2023 GMC Yukon in for a click in the front.

I took my 2023 GMC Yukon in for a click in the front. The technician said he could not hear the click however when I picked it up after hours as soon as I got in the car and turned the wheel, it was clicking. It’s apparent that they did not investigate the clicking noise appropriately as it’s obviously you can hear it when driving at low speed and turning just as I stated to the check-in desk when I dropped it off. So now I have to make a second appointment to come out to attempt to get it fixed for a second time.

I came in because my car was running hard.

I came in because my car was running hard. The only communication I received was that a radiator would be ordered. No information about when the part would be in, is my vehicle safe to drive, etc. was told to me.
