Salesman lied about price on car.

Salesman lied about price on car. Called and I got the loan. Went the next day and he sold it out from under me. Tried to take advantage of me. Salesman and his friend laughed at me. Thought I was stupid. I wasn't going to let you keep stringing .e along. Shame on all of you.

You gave me free inspections on my new encore but not

You gave me free inspections on my new encore but not free emissions test. The amount you charge for emissions cost more than paying for both test elsewhere. 79.00 is out rages and I'll get my test elsewhere. I wish I never bought my car there my next car will not be there since buying my last 2 vehicles there. The purchasing process was a nightmare on this one and I was shone and drive a more expensive used car and not the one I came to see. I have cognitive issues and now I have a $600.00 car payment and I'm on social security disability i can't even afford to buy enough groceries to so I only have 1 or 2 meals a day.

Pre owned lot.

Pre owned lot. Bought a car 3 (THREE) weeks ago today. Check engine light came on the NEXT day I called immediately. While they did replace a part (after numerous phone calls on my part) check engine light came on again the next day. Once again I have called numerous times and NOONE will call u back. I am 8 days out from my first phonecall and cant get an answer or anyone to call me back. I paid over 10 grand cash for my car. Bought the the 2nd one I looked at. Noone takes any responsibility for anything here. This while experience has been a joke and a bad one at that. Noone is ever available to talk and if u leave a message they won't call back. I should mention I have a 1,000 mile 1 month warranty. Starting to think they r waiting for my time to run out. I also provided them with an OBD report showing exactly what is wrong since they cant seem to figure it out. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Spend ur money somewhere where they might care what happens after the sale. If I could give a 0 I would. Never again and u can bet I will tell my friends and anyone else who will listen.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Cochran and the 2019 Acadia that I purchased and had serviced there was completely awesome. That's why I came back to purchase my new Acadia.
