#1 Cochran Kia Robinson

I had been researching the KIA Sportage SX for several months before I finally was in a position to buy. Cochran KIA was the first and only dealership I dealt with because Dave made it clear from the beginning he'd do what he could to send me home with a new vehicle. Not only did Dave and his team make a deal that perfectly met my requirements, he brought in a Sportage from another state when we found out there wasn't a single one in PA. I love the car, and I've never had a more effortless experience buying anything, and I can't overstate the ease. I will recommend Cochran Kia and Dave Ganser to everyone I know.

I was so pleased with # 1 Cochran, I drove home my new 2012 Kia Sorento SX. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman named David that asked if he could help us with anything. He was not a pushy salesman that I have dealt with previously. David had a great personality which made me relaxed and feel that he was willing to do anything possible to help me find the right vehicle for me. David went over every detail about the Kia and asked several times if I had any questions at all that he could answer.I also feel that he did everything possible to get me the best deal I could get. He also stressed that at any time I might have a question that I could call him. Two days before going to #1 Cochran, I had went to another Kia dealership and was not pleased with the salesperson at all. I realize he wanted to be done working for the day so therefore he was not customer friendly and even down graded my vehicle that I was going to trade in. He even asked if we could agree to put a 15 minute limit on our visit. I will refer my family & friends to # 1 Cochran.

All I can say is Great Friendly Service , from approach to closing the sale. I've been in sales for 45 yrs ,and our salesman Steve is a true Professional. Good sales people are hard to find and Cochran is very fortunate to have Steve on their team. As first time car buyers and recent college grades, my fiancé and I were on a tight budget. We had spent weeks researching and visiting a number of car dealers. As soon as we stepped into #1 Cochran we felt at ease. Unlike ALL the other dealers we worked with at various places, we NEVER felt pressured to purchase a car we were not 100% sure of. Ron never tried to "upsell" us and only showed us cars in our price range. He always kept our budget in mind. Being 22 & 25 years old, many previous dealers took advantage of our age and 'car ignorance'. Ron patiently explained everything and spent a great deal of time finding us discounts and rebates. We bought a Kia Sorento back in 2006 at another dealership in Pgh. When we decided to buy another Sorento in 2012, we first went back to that other dealer but was very despleased with their customer service and their willingness to negotiate on pricing of both a new vehicle and our trade. It seemed as though they didn't even want to sell cars. Then I went on the Kia website and found #1 Cochran. There, we were treated like a customer and felt like they actually wanted to sell us a car. The showroom was clean, and ALL of the employees were friendly and eager for our business. After we purchased our Sorento, we continued to have a good relationship and communications regarding installation of simple mudflaps that we wanted to add on. Our sales rep, Sam Chiodo, stays in touch with us and makes sure our needs are being met. This place is a true automobile showroom and I will recommend #1 Cochran to everyone I meet in the future. After working with several dealerships, Cochran was far out the most professional, yet honest and friendly. Due to several automobile issues and the information that was presented from other dealerships, Mr. Carvelli and staff put that anxiety at ease. During the time that was spent at Cochran, I was treated like a person, not like a hindrance. Based on observation, every customer or potential customer was treated the same. Mr. Carvelli was extremely patient with the crazy, busy schedule that I maintain, as I am positive he is with others. Mr. Carvelli is there to help not just me, but others in auto dilemma (whether finance, leasing issues, etc.) The help that Mr. Carvelli give is not just part of his profession; this is who he is as a person.
