Deanna was professional and friendly, motivated to get me what I wanted but not over-aggressive. All the people I came in contact with were helpful and friendly. They worked to get the right financing for me and that made a difference. I love my Kia Soul and I actually look forward to getting it serviced at Kirby because I know I'll be treated well there.

George Estrada helped me out big time! I went in to see what I could get for a trade in on my Chevy Silverado, and I got WAY more than I thought I would! Then it was a just a matter of finding the right sedan for my Family. George stopped at nothing to make sure we got exactly the interior/exterior and trim level we wanted. We drove off in an Optima LX in pearl white, with a grey/black combo interior. The whole process was smooth and pleasant and we got exactly the car we wanted, at the monthly price point we had set. Superb!
