Horrible took long on my car. Then they return it and oil was leaking missing the bottom tray and claimed car next had it and at last they apologized because they found it

I have another appointment but they were not work with me so I lost my other appointment. I want to go get the appointment and then come back and finish off but they said no now I think I should’ve just skipped out.

We were very upside down and our vehicle when we arrived to Moss Bros. We basically had no expectations due to the amount we were upside down. When we walked in, we were greeted so warmly with kindness and friendliness. From Finance to the salesman to everyone at Moss Brothers we did not have one hiccup in our transaction. We picked out a 2026 GMC transaction was smooth and flawless. If you were looking to buy, you have to give Moss Bros a try, they will not let you down. As they say at Moss, you’re the boss and they stand by this! We are so pleased with our new vehicle and the complete transaction. Best dealership hands down!

I would not recommend moss We were misinformed. We thought we We’re paying to protect our paint! Not for a wax My previous gmc purchase was a paint protector that lasts 5yrs, and this is definitely not what we got
