AutoNation Toyota South AustinReviews
AutoNation Toyota South Austin review
The extended warranty person (Ralf) was rude and unprofessional. At one point he ensured me, guaranteed me, that there is a 75% chance that within 5 years, I would have a major system failure on my new truck! That was when I got up and walked out, fortunately the sales manager intervened! As a seasoned Toyota driver, with multiple Toyota purchases in the past (4th one with this one), I know now reliable Toyota?s are. Other than my experience with Ralf, I?ve had a good experience with the dealership and would return in the future, as long as I didn?t have to deal with jerks (Ralf) trying to sell me something I didn?t want!

Motorwerks BMW review
Kevin was the best sales advisor I’ve ever worked with. He answered all our questions directly and there was absolutely no pressure. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone considering buying a BMW. Also, the Motorwerks dealership was very impressive with 4 floors of showroom space plus a large dealer lot and comfortable customer lounge.

AutoNation Honda West KnoxvilleReviews
AutoNation Honda West Knoxville review
I used cars.com buying service and was greeted by 3 dealerships but chose AutoNation Honda. The process of the service was very easy to use and understand. Salesman, Jamal Walters, reached out and made an appointment for Saturday, and Jamal was waiting when we showed up with the cars, we were interested ready to view. we took a test drive and started process of figures, then trade-in values. No waste of valuable time. Returned on Monday to consummate purchase. Brain our finance mgr., was also easy to deal with and tailored products what we needed. If you want a Honda, run to AutoNation and ask for Jamal!

Great service from Tyler! This was my first time coming to Hyundai for an oil change, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the experience was amazing! He was very polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure I felt comfortable and kept me informed, which I really appreciated as a first-time customer. It’s always nice to meet someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone coming to Hyundai!

Stevens Creek MazdaReviews
Stevens Creek Mazda review
From start to finish, this was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Sepesi, my salesperson, and Bomdad, the sales manager, truly went above and beyond in every sense of the phrase. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful, risky process feel seamless and effortless. Coordinating the purchase and shipping of a vehicle across the country is no small task, yet they handled every detail with precision and constant communication, ensuring I was comfortable and informed at every step. Jesus, the finance manager, was equally outstanding—efficient, respectful of my time, and laser-focused on getting the deal done quickly and correctly. No pressure, no wasted time, just professionalism and follow-through. The entire team took customer service to another level. I was never left guessing, never felt rushed, and always felt that my satisfaction was their top priority. Their willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference and completely changed my perception of buying a car out of state. If you’re considering Stevens Creek Mazda, do it with confidence. Sepesi, Bomdad, and the entire team have earned my highest recommendation. Absolutely exceptional experience! Kudos to the team and going above and beyond for a customer they never got to meet face to face. This is what true customer satisfaction is all about. We cant thank you enough!

Gettel Hyundai of LakewoodReviews
Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood review
First of all, I am a 67 year old retiree who bought his first Honda in 1980 and have rarely wondered from the brand. When thinking about buying “my last new car” I settled on the Hyundai Elantra SEL Sport and headed to Gettel Hyundai on RT 64. And I am so glad I did! Having done my (extensive) research, I sat down with Scott Mintz (sales consultant) and began “the dance”. He provided straight forward answers with no nonsense and no pressure. Understand that I had a number in mind and was not going to exceed that number (outright cash purchase with a trade) After Scott made a couple of trips to the “glass office” Bill Marquis introduced himself as the GSM (the hand-off), I explained the rationale behind the offer and we agreed on a number and we closed the deal. All in all, the finest car buying experience of my life!!!

Hendrick Lexus Kansas CityReviews
Hendrick Lexus Kansas City review
I took my ?24 RX 350 in for its 25,000 mile maintenance visit and the technician discovered a rear differential leak. Thankfully it was covered under the warranty! I so appreciate the excellent work on the repair and, as always, a shout out to my terrific service advisor, Becky Voyles, who always takes catastrophic events in stride. That?s why Lexus gets my vote and my business. They are the best at what they do at Hendrick Lexus in Merriam, KS.
