What a mess!
What a mess! Disorganized, disrespectful, and, disappointing. They didn't do the job right the first time they held my car captive for an entire month. When I tried to get them to rectify their mistake, they lost their own records of servicing the vehicle. It was a long wait for service, 2 or 3 weeks..: then They lost my reservation for service adding another 2 to 3 weeks into the second time time they held my car captive ... this time for 2 months!! Then they tried charging me for it. I already paid my deductible! Then they asked my insurance for money..: for the wrong vehicle! Then they could not communicate w my insurance. So i had to go to the dealership, tell them what yo print, then i scanned it and sent it to my insurance. They did not communicate with me or my insurance. They do not return phone calls or texts. This was the biggest nightmare of any car repair situation of my life!

And my car and windows were smudged, filthy, and given to me with only 18 miles worth of fuel left!
They do not keep to the time they give you.
They do not keep to the time they give you. I had to wait an additional 3h. Because they did not take the car in until 30 minutes after they promised it would be done. Simple things like a oil change and tire plus a few check on smog issues.

08/19/2022- I brought my 2020 Kia Soul in to have my brakes checked and possible replaced. My service advisor, Manuel, was friendly and quoted me a piece and estimated wait time. My car was ready sooner than it was estimated to be done. Thank you!

PSK has been consistently great in their treatment of me as a customer and any time I bring my KIA in for service. I'm awaiting the Forte GT2 for my next lease. Took my car in for warrenty repair.
Took my car in for warrenty repair. Still came back slightly unsatisfied. Was offered a car wash I never got. Repair took 2 days. Caused me inconvenience as it was their fault from not repairing it properly the first time
