We had a very nice experience talking with Mike and Joe....we took a test drive in a 2015 Lincoln Navigator...it was an excellent driving experience...it's just that we couldn't agree on the price of $26,995...We were willing to pay $25,000 ..but Joe wouldn't budge on the price..other than that..I would recommend this dealership

They (Fazio's) is by far the BEST place in Rome @ surrounding area to purchase a quality dependable vehicle hands down, and you can count on them to follow through with anything you might need after the sale!

I was in the market for a used vehicle and went several times to look. There was no pressure in buying a vehicle and Mike was always accommodating and quick to respond back. There was a misunderstanding on my part and the owner was great about handling the situation and resolving the issue. Overall every used car has some issues along the way but I felt they handled all my concerns and any issues in a timely manner.

Bought a CTS from fazios. Asked specifically about the sunroof and was promised it was repaired properly... bought it then the after a bad rainy day, I went to my car and the headliner was soaked... anyways they never helped... found the major issue and did it myself to save thousands(buyers beware)

Smoothest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Gave me the best deal they could which was well below book value. No complaints highly recommended. Will be making my next purchase there again.

I can’t believe this experience I’ve had with this dealership. Bought a car (Cadillac CT’s) from these guys and had nothing but problems... had to drive back to dealership an hour away 5+times to drop it off for repairs.... most recent one was an awful cob job sealer job around the sunroof.... then was recommended by Fazio himself to break my own window for my insurance to cover it.... (xxx?) I’ve put 4 grand down and expected more than this.. (list of issues could go on)

I am impressed with the courteous customer service at Fazio's. I test drove a Rav4. I liked it! Karl was respectful, professional, & answered all my questions. He worked with me, so I could get a good deal for trading in my car for the Rav4. The next day, I picked up my Rav4. It was all serviced, gassed up, & ready to go. Thank you for excellent customer service.

We had to shop for our vehical online and by phone due to not having a vehical or way to go to any dealers. We searched for local dealers and checked out their reviews. We chose Fazio's and we started looking online through the available vehicals. We called Fazio's and started the process all by phone. We were surprized how quickly we were able to get financed. We didn't even set eyes on our vehical till the day we signed for the loan to buy it. We took a big risk shopping for a vehical this way but it paid off. We were really happy with out elected vehical and with how helpful and friendly the salesmen and owner are. We had a few minor issues that had to be fixed on our vehical and Fazio's owner and staff went the extra mile to be sure the issues were completely repaired and the vehical was safe and ready to drive for us. They even gave us a really nice loaner vehical to borrow till they could complete the repairs needed. I will deffinately be purchasing any future vehicals from Fazio's

I got a good deal on on purchase, however, my car wasn't ready when I picked it up. I even called the day before to confirm I'll be picking it up. They started washing it when I signed the paperwork and I waited. They were supposed to replace the windshield and didn't and after discussing it with them they agreed to do it. I had to bring it back a week later, got it replaced, however, they wouldn't put a new inspection sticker on so I had to take it somewhere else and pay another $21. Their office is messy and unorganized, bathroom is disgusting.
