I wanted new 2022 Chevy Colorado after talking with other dealerships and being told they could not get one I stopped at Christopher Chevy. Dan Fredette said he do his best to find me a Colorado. After looking at number of dealerships he found one. Great Job!

We had problem’s over and over and after repeatedly bringing the vehicle back to them to see why it was stalling they couldn’t figure it out. When you buy a used vehicle from them you get thirty days. Within the first thirty days they had to fix the back door because it would repeatedly close on you and sometimes not open. They had to also fix the windshield wash hose because it was spraying inside the vehicle instead out side on the windshield. They did fix that but Good luck getting everything fixed before they say, sorry not our problem. Even if it was an existing problem from the first 30 days! An employee told me to get the manager Joseph Jorta to even acknowledge my concerns I would have to walk in his office. I did call and I did leave a message. I did not get a call back. Guess what, I walked into the managers office, Joseph Jorta. He said he would help. I brought the vehicle in and the garage didn’t even know I was coming. They had something smart to say about him. I brought the van elsewhere to be fixed. I do not recommend them and they have a message that plays while you are on hold. It says something about being family when you buy from them. That they take care of you. They are the family that you avoid at Walmart and dread on holidays! You also get oil changes and car washes and bonus stuff. They expire, so use them up the first year while they are fixing all the problems.

Like all reviews I always respond and I will for this one as well. First, your free oil change is for 1 year or 12,000 miles which you have a copy of the contract. You purchased this van on 11/11/19 so your free oil changes expired on 11/11/2020. You tried to get a free one 1/27/22. You called me and asked to give to you free anyway and I told you sorry, but it expired which i'm sure what lead you to leave this review. Second, yes you had issue with door and on 11/27/2020 I paid for it no cost to you. You later came in for a repair on 7/14/2020 but you cancelled your warranty which would of covered your repair but when we called the warranty company they informed us you cancelled the warranty. Again, no fault of ours. Sorry your free oil change contract expired a year after purchase like shown on your contract and you tried to get one a year and 2 months after it expired. In closing we've been in business since 1988 taking care of our guest and we play a large part of our local community here and we continue to do our best! Regards, Joe Orta

I have never thought about buying a new car, but my sister encouraged me to take a look at what Christopher's had to offer. My credit isn't the best but they were very helpful and found a bank that would finance me with a co-signer. I am now sporting around in a 2016 Kia Soul, and I love it. Thank you Dan and the others at Christopher's for helping me get into a newer vehicle.

He was very patient in explaining all the bells and whistles this new car has. Not once did he make me feel like an old idiot! Everyone with whom I worked was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. It was a real pleasure to work with these fine people! And so far I love the Equinox!
