My recent experience was enjoyable, quick ( 1 hour ) and hassle-free in trading my old vehicle and purchasing my new Mitsi Outlander 4WD SE. Owner Steve James provided me a very fair value for my trade vehicle and a well below book price on my new purchase. There was No pressure, No gimmick garble, No Mind Games and No beat-down nit-picking on my trade in , just good ol' fashioned hospitality and concern for the satisfaction of my purchase. The new Mitsi was very clean but Steve's crew detailed it anyway and provided me shuttle service to work and delivered it when it was complete. As well, he even provided me a free oil change and an assistance allowance on new tires 2 weeks AFTER the deal. My fiance bought his truck from Elite in 2007 and had the same type experience, thus referring me to Elite. One must be doing something right to still be successful in the Car Business after so many years. It helps to do a little homework on the vehicle you are interested in, have all the necessary paperwork in hand when you trade and especially understand the dealer has to make a fair profit to stay in business. Steve and the Elite team are fair,honest and accommodating , even after the sale, when many other dealers would forget your name. 5 stars to Elite with many thanks.
