Very effiencent.

Very effiencent. Every item that was stated was fullfilked.no wasted time. Plus happy with the. 2012 camero convert purchased and the price I payed for it.

I called the dealership to get more details about a car

I called the dealership to get more details about a car and the person I spoke to was very rude and impatient. He was not willing to give me details about the car I was looking at. Definitely have no interest in giving them my business.

The people in the office were very unhelpful and rude.

The people in the office were very unhelpful and rude. The truck had a clean title and “no damage”. There was in fact significant damage, the vehicle had been hit heavily in the rear and twice in the front, the hood was at least 1.5 inches lower than the fender. The vehicle was priced 3k lower than market value for A PERFECT VEHICLE. It was also heavily rusting in the underbody. They would not negotiate price at all even though the FORD RANGER XLT 2011 manual transmission black paint needed at least 4k in repairs. They spray painted much of the vehicle to hide the damage and photoshopped it for the online listings. There was very little helpful communication through text with many one word answers. It took a good few minutes just for them to unlock the vehicle and they didn’t come to look at the vehicle with us, but stayed inside. If the vehicle is put into the KBB, it is only worth around 6k, not 12k. Again, they were very rude and did not make any eye contact.

Didn't buy from here, but helpful staff

Went to Platinum to look at an X5. It was in a little rougher shape than we were looking for (which explained the price being much lower than comparable vehicles), but Alex was very nice and suggested some other vehicles to look at. We didn't end up buying anything here, but they were very nice and helpful. I would go back to look again if they had something I was I interested in.

Great service

The service was great. All the repairs my vehicle needed were fixed due to the above and beyond service. Would recommend to anyone with an automobile

Cars have their mileage altered! Stay away!

This dealership sells cars that have had their odometer changed. I almost fell for it but luckily I checked the CarFax before buying the car. They will omit this information, pressure you to put a deposit down, and then gaslight you and try to keep the deposit. Please do not shop from these people! They are extremely shady. They have another cars up now with low mileage for the year (Prius 2017 with "30k miles"). I guarantee they are doing the same thing over and over again. They should not be allowed to sell cars and I am thinking of contacting the local business bureau. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people at all costs. Horrible business.

We provide history reports upon request for any of our vehicles. Customers can request the report before coming in. You must remember these are USED cars and on rare occasions they may have an odometer rollback which is clearly stated in the report. Most of the time it is a clerical error, or mistake. It's not like we are the ones rolling them back and making the report. We would never hide this issue. If you would like to contact the local business bureau please feel free to do so, we have nothing to hide. In regard to the deposit, we understand the importance of clear communication and respect for our customers' decisions. This is why we refunded your deposit in full. It is never our intention to pressure anyone into putting a deposit down or engage in any form of deceptive practices. If you would be willing to discuss your concerns further, we would appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
