Avoid Bob Moore Buick GMC at all costs. I had one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I've ever had with a dealership. I came in to look at a vehicle and was offered $10,000 for my trade. I returned a week later, ready to finalize the deal, only to be told they were now offering $1,000 less. When I asked why, I was told, “We live in a different world than we did a week ago.” Seriously? Despite the clear bait-and-switch, I decided to move forward because I really wanted the vehicle. They claimed they'd go to their other store to pick it up for me — only to call me later and say that store wouldn't release the car, and now I’d have to redo the entire deal with a different location and they “couldn’t promise the same deal.” Throughout this entire mess, the managers — Jeremy and Duke — were dismissive, rude, and completely lacking in customer service skills. I asked six times for the general manager to return my call. Not once did I hear back. This place is the definition of disorganized, misleading, and untrustworthy. I will NEVER buy a car from Bob Moore Buick GMC — and I strongly suggest you don’t either.

Bought a used vehicle earlier this year.
Bought a used vehicle earlier this year. Great price compared to other comps, but as soon as I left the lot I had multiple issues. I had a great experience with the sales rep, zero complaints on his end. I ended up buying the best four year warranty that they had talked me into. It was supposed to cover everything under the hood, bumper to bumper, but all the issues I have had so far not one of them has been covered. As soon I got home I had multiple leaks and had to replace different valves and cracked hoses. None of these issues were covered! One of the tires had a slow leak over the past five months and after taking it to multiple shops to get inspected, we could not figure out where the leak was from. PSI gauges were fine, tire was fine. I ended up going to my buddies wheel shop and he took the tire off and found a six inch crack in the inside of the wheel that had been welded over. A very sloppy weld. This was extremely unsafe to drive on. After this, I contacted the company to file a clam hoping the warranty I had would cover it. NOPE. So I called Bob Hope to let them know the situation and they told me that too much time has gone by since I purchased it and they would not do anything. Even though clearly this wheel had been welded before I bought the car. It would have been nice if they disclosed this. This car is my wife's and she has been driving our baby around in it on a daily basis. Very unsafe for them to drive around, can't believe Bob Hope would sell the car like this. I would recommend you document conversations you have with anyone from Bob Hope if you plan on purchasing a used vehicle. And if you have the time, get every inch of the car inspected by an authorized company. Don't purchase any warranty from them, it's a waste of money and nothing essentially is covered. I would take my business elsewhere.

The service department is excessively slow and over
The service department is excessively slow and over priced. They wanted to keep my car 3 day to diagnose a check engine light and would not provide a loaner. I took the car to another shop, got it diagnosed and fixed in one day for less than oil change there.

They was real good until my 4 year warranty went out.
They was real good until my 4 year warranty went out. I took my car in on Sept 22 for an oil change and with in 2to 3 weeks. My car was saying it needed a oil change. I had thought they just forgot to reset gage. But a week or 2 later my car started running hot. I called in and told Alec my car was running hot and the gage was saying I need an oil change but I had just got one not even a whole month ago he told me to park it and have it told to them. So I took it to my father Machanic and he noticed my over flow bucket was leaking so we replaced it. Then 2 days later it started running hot again. Took it back to my fathers Machanic a tub was leaking right at the tip he fixed that and he heard my motor clicking this time so he checked my oil and there was not no oil in my car. With me getting an oil change not even a whole month ago it should have been oil in my car. And oil change is just changing the oil because it’s dirty not because it’s empty. So when Bob Moore did my oil change they never replace all my oil back into my car. So after my dads Machanic put 4 quarts of oil in my car I left to go to work and before I can make it to work I was smelling antifreeze. So by this time I know my car so I knew they had xxxxed up more then my overflow bucket. Now there is another leak and my thermostat is stinking due to my car running hot due to know oil being in my car. So now I’m pissed because I’m putting money in my car to fix something that Bob Moore Machanic did. So I try to give them a chance to make it right. So I called Alec and told him that they forgot to put oil in my car and I had a Machanic put it in and he put 4 quarts in there so y’all didn’t put all my oil back into my car. So he told me to bring it in. When this man called me back to tell me about my car he said and his exact words was ma’am whoever you let put the oil in your car put 3quarts over in my car. I had thought he was playing so I asked him to repeat what he said and he had the nerve to say it again not knowing I took auto Machanic in school just so I could not get played about my car. So I asked him how in the xxxx do that even make sense. I told him the oil would have been all over my engine and I told him this is not the 77 year old women that’s name is on this car. My car is in my mothers name and they thought they was going to play my mother and have her speeding all this money because our warranty had just went out the month prior to getting an oil change. The day I got the oil change I had got my car diagnosed and wasn’t nothing wrong with my car but needing tires and brakes because I started getting my car looked at by Bob Moore every 3 to 6 months getting oil changed after I purchased it. and NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER had a problem with them until now. And I feel they did it because they want to get my car back to resale it and get me into a new car so they can get back into my pocket because my car is almost paid for. Today is January 13th and my car has been in the shop since a week before Halloween. It has been moved from Bob Moore to Bob Howard so they could give me a diagnosis and they did and I swear everything that’s wrong with my car has got to do with my car running hot from Bob Moore services DID NOT PUT OIL IN MY CAR. And I swear me paying to get my car fixed for a problem there service people done. Imma need all that back. I don’t like lawsuits or doing stuff like that but they left me no choice because I did take it back to them to make it right and they was trying to charge me almost 3000 dollars to fix what they xxxxed yup. Sad thing because they are a big dealership I wouldn’t have never thought this but I was told before not to take my car to get service there but I didn’t think this would happen..
