In 2020 I brought a Kia OPTIMA (FE) in which no mechanic
In 2020 I brought a Kia OPTIMA (FE) in which no mechanic heard of an FE, couldn't find it their computers when it was time for repairs, those cars were going for 26-27k, but it's got ripped off and charged me 32k, the engine is bad, it burns my oil up and leaks, Kia said they will put another engine but won't pay for rental, so i have to pay for rental and car note, can't drive the car out of town just in the city. I'm giving the car back, tried trade in, the dealerships don't want it bc they heard about those engine problems...the car was brand new with 9 miles on it and it was a LEMON I brought for 32k...Liberty Federal Credit Union better dicuss payments with Gurley Leep Kia bc I'm not paying for it...Gurley Leep Ford did me dirty also...I HATE BOTH DEALERSHIPS...

Great people to work with ! Friendly and they know what they are doing. I have a 23 Soul and love it. I have had 3 Souls before the one I have now and bought every one at Gurley Leep. I plan on getting my next car from their dealership also.

Bought a 2020 kia Telluride and also a 2023 kia telluride
Bought a 2020 kia Telluride and also a 2023 kia telluride and called to tell them my car won't go into gear. And people are saying there transmission is catching on fire with the same issues. And they said unless the check engine light is on they won't do nothing or even look at it. So I wouldn't recommend them because they make it seem like you buy this warranty to help you. And they won't do nothing. I guess until my car blows up.

Took my vehicle in for software updates. Service was excellent, my car was ready within the promised time, and everyone was very friendly. I left the dealership with a full charge.

Would likely not recommend
Will likely never use them. I moved from out of town. Bought my car at Kia Dealership, always serviced there and had excellent experiences. Here not so much. Service takes forever even with an appointment and all of a sudden my car stopped working for the first time ever, 1 month after service. They said they could not see my car for another month and a half. So the only other option was to send it to Tyler Kia in Niles. What a difference in service. They replaced my transmission (weird since I was consistent with services and always accepted any recommendations) and had my car back to me in a couple weeks. Runs like new and saved me from renting a car or having to buy something asap. I would never recommend this service place to anyone given the inability to service in a timely manner and the fact my car stopped working not long after one of their services. My opinion is not reflective of Rob, who helped me the first time I serviced my car here. He was great and likely doesn't have control of the schedule. But management needs to look into hiring more and better mechanics so ppl can continue to have good experiences through scheduling and maintenance.

Disappointed why this dealership took what should have
Disappointed why this dealership took what should have been a happy event but chose to spoil it by adding "THEFT PREVENT" line item to our sales invoice. This is a scam. Refuse to accept this charge. These etched meaningless numbers are so faint and hard to see that no thief or police recovering the vehicle would ever look for it plus there is zero correlation to these numbers and what type of vehicle the window came off of. The vehicles VIN does it all. This plain and simple is a scam to steal $300 from the customer. Remember, it is employees and their behavior/actions in how you perceive at a business. This review is about scheduling service only. Called to schedule service. Asked service advisor about shuttle. Said they don't have one. Website states that they do. Then service advisor said that they use Uber service, up to 10 miles distance. Checked distance to my house, 10.2 miles. Asked if this was okay. Service advisor said that they usually only serve South Bend/Mishawaka/Granger areas (I am on the West side of Elkhart). So it is not up to 10 miles but rather the area you live in? I stated that I would pay for the ride. It is nice to have a free shuttle (Uber), but I do not have a problem paying for a ride. Service advisor said that this was okay. So when this was finally all done, I asked if the ride was going to be available in the morning then, or if I had to do something. Service Advisor said that they will schedule once I was checked in but Uber often runs into shortage of drivers in the morning, and it could be up to 1 hour before a ride becomes available. Hello! I have to work for living, why don't you disclose this information before and without being asked? I have to make arrangements with work. Some might say this was like pulling teeth. I, as a paying customer, should not have to to go through a questionnaire to make sure I am covered. So let's see how the actual service job (work performed) is going to be.
