David Shafer was great ! This was honestly the fastest experience I've had any dealership. You work with one person and they get you in and out! Also, everyone I encounter was so pleasant. I forgot their names but thank you again to David and the entire Lexus of Omaha staff !

Great buying experience
Javi is a very knowledgeable salesman with the SUV we were looking at. Very patient and explained everything we asked about the different generations of the RX. Lawrence was very helpful as well when we had an issue come up that we didn’t know how to handle. Daniel in the service department was very transparent about everything and kept us in the loop all through the process. First time buying from this dealership and it won’t be the last time. An eye opening experience from start to finish. Thanks for the respect you gave us.

The service was incomplete, with the 20,000 checku
On my 20000 maintenance they did not put rotation of tires on the invoice, but they said they did it.. And changed the oil, they had just changed it 3 months ago...
