Flexible competent and friendly 24/7

I GIVE OUR SALESMAN (COLTON) 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD! The Business manager however would rate two stars. It is only when my wife and I stood up to walk out of his office did he change his toon and admit that we were right about the warranty and he was wrong. Also, his paperwork that he gave us to sign showed payments that were $100/month higher than it should have been.

Service Advisor Mason Koch does everything he can to help us

When it's time for service on our vehicle's we call Mason and he makes our appt. and when we get there he gets us when, if we need a vehicle to run errand while my vehicle is being serviced he gives us something to drive. We are very happy with our service

A breeze scheduling

I was due initial service on a 2017 Ford Expedition and was between two long trips. The second of which would take the vehicle beyond the recommended mileage for the service and I only hand about 1 1/2 busy days before the second trip. Mason Koch at Ryan Ford was extremely helpful fitting me in this tight window and ensuring I got good fast service. This is most recent pleasant experience I've had at this outstanding dealership.

Efficient and very Professional.

Sabrena was very professional throughout the process. I never felt once I needed to explain my position or needs. She followed up to make my after work was completed in a timely manner.

Great Help from a Great Staff

Brad the Service Advisor was very knowledgeable about the problem - I had already had my 2012 Expedition at another dealership for 5 days with no solution. The Service Team at Ryan had it diagnosed & fixed in 2 days!!! Just need a Rental Car in the dealership.

Service Personnel

I routinely use Ryan Ford for both of my Ford F150's. The service staff is always professional and courteous. On a prior visit I was assisted by Mason and Tyler. They took genuine care to make sure my service issues were addressed and resolved. On my most recent visit yesterday, I dealt with Brad. He is always great to communicate with and although I was dealing with a tough to troubleshoot issue on one of my vehicles, Brad went the extra mile to see that the issue was resolved in a timely fashion. I always enjoy my interaction with the staff at Ryan Ford.
