Village Pointe Toyota

This is our third Toyota we have purchased( the first two were from OldMill Toyota which has since moved into Village Point). The salesman (Rod) has assisted us in every one of these purchase. He is so easy to deal with and seems to truly care about us as consumers. We keep going back to Rod and Village Point for that personal touch and willingness to get us in the vehicle that fits our needs. The facilities are very clean and comfortable .

I have bought cars in the past but never have I leased one, mainly because my wife and I simply did not understand how leasing worked. Jose, listened to our questions, and answered them in ways we could easily understand better than anyone else. I can say that his help was better than the rest because Toyota was not the first place we stopped at. Other car dealerships left us with more questions than what we walked in with, basically just confusing us. We left with confidence knowing that we have made the right decision.

Was pleasantly surprised to hear back from my salesman, Scott Ellison. He was so polite and wanted to know if I had any questions or concerns about my purchase. He indicated that his bottom line was that I am very satisfied with my purchase and gave me a number to call if anything arises. This dealership, and this salesman in particular, has gone above and beyond. I know where I am pointing my friends and family for their car needs.

We were truly lucky to have worked with Jose Lopez. He answered all of our questions, showed us only what we were describing what we were looking for. He treated us like people and not dollar signs like we have been treated like in the past by other dealerships. What a great new car experience. We were in the process of buying a new car for our daughters. My wife and daughters visited the dealership to start looking for the kind of car they would like. They visited 2 or 3 dealerships that day, but the only one they ranted about was Village Pointe Toyota. Justin D'Angelo walked them around the lot and they were very impressed with how personable and understanding he was. They mentioned that he didn't pressure them like the "Typical Car Salesman". They fell in love with the Corolla. Here is where it gets impressive. It took us 2 months to finally pull the trigger on buying the car. Justin stayed involved in the process, checking in on a regular basis, again, no pressure. He was truly interested in making sure we were taken care of. When the timing was right, there was no question that we would buy the car at Village Pointe because of Justin. We purchased a 2015 Corolla LE and we love it. I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Scott Ellison, salesman/customer service at this dealership. I contacted him via phone and inquired about specific needs/desires and within 1/2 hour I had a list of possibilities. I live 145 miles from this dealership and I was inspired by Scott to take the drive and I made a verbal agreement over the phone (with text message pics only) that if he could meet my terms, it would be a done deal. He assured me and to top it off, he came in on his day off to finish the deal. All of my needs were met...and beyond. He worked closely with his manager so that when I came in, it was a test drive, some signatures, a cup of coffee, and finalizing everything with the finance department! You better believe I will recommend this guy to everyone. What amazing efforts he made to assure I was beyond satisfied and that whenever I consider a purchase or lease...he will always be my Go-To Guy! I bought a 2012 GLI from here, Justin DeAngalo was my sales person, it was my first time buying a car from a dealership and i have to say he made the experience great. he was straight up about everything and if he didn't know he wouldn't sit there and try to act like he knew, he asked and told me for sure.
