My experience at Capitol Kia was frustrating from start to finish. I came in to return my lease and lease a new vehicle, but the process took 4-5 hours. Their system was down, which would have been helpful to know before I arrived. I also brought a national Kia offer that the dealership refused to honor, leading to lengthy back-and-forth negotiations. Additionally, I was told the dealership would make my final lease payment, but that commitment was not honored. Instead, the amount was deducted from the vehicle price, which did not lower my monthly payment. The lease return process also needs improvement. Very little was explained about what would happen after turning in my vehicle. I simply signed an odometer statement, handed over my keys, and later received an unexpected bill. Better communication, transparency, and respect for customers' time would go a long way.

Brought my car in for repair work after several failed attempts to get an issue looked at previously. After I got my car back, the infotainment screen suddenly started freezing and crashing when plugged into an iPhone, so I brought it back in. The shop had it for over a week before admitting no one on the staff had an iPhone to properly test or triage the issue, and so they had to give the car back without any idea what the issue was. Communication through these issues was a 2/10. I had no idea what was happening or when my car would be ready. Super disappointing.
