Poor poor customer service. Poor communication. I guess you are to assume when the car will be ready. Calling in got NO WHERE. Appears everyone hides behind their phones. NOT GOOD for a DGDG operation. .

Everyone was helpful and professional. I appreciate their dedication to ensuring I got the car I wanted. They even stayed late to make sure I went home with my car.
