Victor Redd welcomed me and explained all of my options for the cars I wanted, he helped with every step, explaining each step. When I had certain concerns about price, he would do his best to help, either try to get a lower the price or create an alternative. He made sure when sale was complete, to have the new car washed and prepared and also help clean out my trade-in. Victor was friendly, genuine and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend hime to my friends and family

From the GSM Jovanni to the finance manager Nicolas and the sales associate Cameron, I was thoroughly impressed by how the entire team delivered amazing customer service. After purchasing new vehicles for nearly 12+ years, this has been the BEST dealership experience I’ve had. The team felt honest and was straight forward. Cameron addressed all of my concerns and displayed extreme knowledge of each model and helped me narrow down to the correct vehicle in a short time. I’m definitely going to be a returning customer and for the first time, I can proudly say I’ll be recommending this team to friends and family in the market for a car!

Salesman was very personable and had great follow up. He called right away when the car became available and followed up after purchasing to see if we had any additional questions or issues.

I've always had positive interactions with Nathan, one of the service managers. The service dept. always does a great job going over what was done and any recommendations they have.

It was a great experience buying from Capitol Kia, very nice and attentive sales team, really good and quick communication and explanation when required, I would definately consider Capitol Kia for future purchases and already recommending Capitol Kia family and friends. Fantastic experience with Capitol Kia dealership. I went to two other Kia dealerships and Capitol was by far the best! I never felt any pressure to buy the vehicle. Sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. I mistakenly thought the car I wanted was at the Kia dealership, it was really at the Volkswagen DGD dealership down the road. James was kind enough to contact Volkswagen and bring the car back to the Kia lot for me to check out and test drive. He also had the brand new Niro next to the used one. I loved the car used car and bought it the next day! I sure felt lucky! He was able to get it CPO'd and even got me new charger cables before I left with the car! Someone had taken the cables.

Hi. Everything was good with the service however I wish there had been some tea or coffee. There was just water in the waiting room as the coffee machine was broken.
