We contacted this dealership after going online as a

We contacted this dealership after going online as a Costco member amd doing a lot of research viewing UTUBE videos and other sites like Edmunds & KellyBB. In just a few minutes, the dealership had sent me a list of representatives and Nick, one on the list, had contacted us. We called him back and explained which model and color we wanted. He quickly setup an appointment for later that day. Soon, a second representative emailed us that a car like we wanted would be waiting for a test drive. Upon arriving, we found the dealership was clean and bright, even on that rainy day. Someone immediately greeted us and said they would find Nick, which they did. Our meeting with Nick went well and soon we had a quote for the new car and a test drive. Upon returning, we got a fair offer for our 18-year old trade-in. An hour of paperwork later, we walked out and drove off in our new car. No pressure, no hassle.

Definitivamente no comprendo como se permite la

Definitivamente no comprendo como se permite la comercialización de vehículos en mal estado, mecánico y eléctrico!. Disfrazan súper vehículos con cascarón aparentemente bueno, sin embargo sus partes internas eléctricas y mecánicas no están bien. Llevo solo un par de semanas con el vehículo y ya me salen testigos por todos lados, estos es increíble e in absurdo. Realmente están mal.

The tech from the service department was professional and

The tech from the service department was professional and kind. He also made sure to keep me updated if anything was needed outside of what was scheduled. Once it was done and also offered to wash my car and that was above what was required. Please thank him again for me for the exceptional service he provided.

A coffee machine would have been really nice!

A coffee machine would have been really nice! We sat and waited alone while sales rep and manager discussed sales terms. A little more transparency would have been appreciated. Local channels with day time talk shows was not the vibe. I’d recommend muting the tv and playing some music.

When we picked up our car the service reminder in our car

When we picked up our car the service reminder in our car was not reset and had to make a new appointment to bring our car back and get it reset. This is a wasted day for us!
