Mario and Víctor were super helpful! They both took the time to explain every feature of the Kia and went into dept about their experiences. The dealership itself was a little crowded and I feel like it made it very hard to actually see vehicles.

Sebastian was a fantastic sales representative, the service department was beyond disappointing and the reason I wouldn’t recommend the dealership. I drove off the lot in my new car only to return the following day because the air conditioner wasn’t working. The service department kept my car for 3 1/2 days when the only thing it needed was freon. Why did this new car not have freon and why would it take the service department so long to fix the problem. I’m not a mechanic and even I knew it needed freon. And then to top it off, I couldn’t get anyone in the service department to answer the phone nor get back to me. Apparently, me buying a car at KIA and having a good experience wasn’t that important to the service department. A+ to Sabastian, F for the service department.
