I have owned 3 Kia's and all of them have had amazing service levels whenever I brought them in. I really have had wonderful sales service and outstanding service with the service dept whenever i needed something done to any of the 3 cars.

Cameron was super helpful with information and coming along on the test drive. The next day he was bust so we completed our purchase with Victor. Very nice guy, full of stories (which may have helped the process take a bit longer than it needed to). Finance was super helpful and got us moving efficiently. The vehicle was nice and clean when it was all over, and we left satisfied with our decision.

Everything was great. My problem was addressed and it didn't take long. I waited at the lounge area.

Dealership forced me to buy PCP theft deterrent , there was no way to take those off. its a cost of $995 with taxes which i did not intend to pay. There was a push on getting add-ons like dealer recommended services and packages by finance as well. Seems the dealer is not having enough resources to take care of the requests. No communication even after talking over the phone for appointment. There is zero space for new customers to park the car and its difficult to find the Capitol Kia dealership itself.
