To the Capital Kia Team, Car buying usually ranks somewhere between “trip to the DMV” and “assembling IKEA furniture without instructions.” But my recent experience at Capital Kia completely rewrote that script. Juan was my primary salesman, and from the start, he set the tone. Smart, polite, and professional, he didn’t just respond to my online inquiry — he literally ran out into the pouring rain to record a video of the car to prove it was still available. That’s not customer service. That’s commitment worthy of its own weather channel segment. Juan has a keen sense of fairness and wasn’t afraid to go back to the manager when we needed to round off the edges of our offer and counter-offer. He negotiated with integrity, patience, and just the right amount of persistence. Then there’s Mario A. Seemingly, Mario is the mayor of the dealership floor. He went out of his way to make sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase and was willing to help in any way possible. Professional, knowledgeable, and seemingly all-knowing about Kia availability and reliability, he carries the calm confidence of someone who has seen it all - and solved it all. And of course, Casey from Kia Finance - the money man. Casey answered every question clearly and helped strike the perfect balance between smart financing and skipping the no-nonsense extras that simply didn’t fit my needs. This was my first Kia purchase and so I visited a few Kia
This was my first Kia purchase and so I visited a few Kia dealerships in SF Bay Area. I have to say Capitol Kia was by far the best experience I had and best price too! If it wasn’t for Capitol and Victor Redd at Capitol I would have probably not bought a Kia. Victor was great at explaining details and stayed back to finish the process and went extra like. If I am buying again I will definitely call Victor.
