Traveled from Idaho to purchase a Telluride. Juan was very easy to work with via email, over the phone, and finally in person. Worked under short time constraints to get a deal done before a promo expired. Night and day difference from when purchasing a car from another manufacturer a few years ago. Everyone at the dealership including the sales manager and finance guy was helpful, friendly, and professional. The actual transaction took less time than expected and allowed me to get on the road for my long drive back.

Friendly, patient, accommodating and helpful salesman. Seamless, no-pressure experience. Reasonable trade-in offer, good financing options and decent inventory.

We made an appointment to return a leased car and to lease a new car (which we had already selected). Despite this we were at this dealership for 3 1/2 hours. The sales rep continually disappeared for long stretches of time without any real explanation. One time the manager appeared to present some information and then again we were left. After three hours I went to the manager to observe that we hadn't even gotten to the finance desk yet and after that things moved along, but overall it was pretty disappointing customer service. If the sales rep needs to do other jobs then someone else needs to be assigned to the customer - it's not OK to leave people alone for long stretches, and it's not OK to assume that this process should take this long. We are not enthusiastic about going back to this dealership.

Juan was outstanding to work with. I appreciated his dedication to finding a car that I was interested in, his flexibility to offer a test drive at the last minute when we unexpectedly had free time, and his transparency in working with us to get the best deal out of neighboring dealerships,
