Kept me waiting in extraordinarily long time after I said I was interested in purchasing. Made the purchase process difficult insisting on a cashiers check in person. Rushed me through signing papers when check engine turned on two days after purchase no one called me back after repeated attempts.

I enjoyed being there. The the employees are good people and James was the one that sold me the vehicle. He was awesome and a good person liked him very much.

James was Great! He was communicative and Honest, and he made she we knew what all of our options were before we bought. I would recommend seeing him if you have the chance!

Cameron was very friendly and helped me find the car I wanted. He came on his day off the next day to help me make sure the process went smoothly and get my new car. The only complaint I have was there was one person working in the finance department that day and I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to see the person and sign those papers so I could pay for my car. Everything else was done by Cameron very nicely.

Mario was very accommodating, hospitable and very pleasant to work with. He definitely knows his cars which is an added bonus for first time Kia buyers.

I did the first oil change of my new car in this place, but they did it wrong. I ran out of oil in the middle of the road two days later—while on a road trip—because they had broken a part of my car during the oil change. Fortunately, I found another Kia service center along the way; they resolved the problem and told me to contact Kia Capitol to explani them what happened. I contacted them to hold them accountable; they made offers that, to this day, they have neither fulfilled nor intend to fulfill, as they no longer respond to me. Tony Tran liar.
