Failed to conduct preventative maintenance on my car,

Failed to conduct preventative maintenance on my car, specifically my struts. Instead of notifying me earlier of strut wear, they waited to outside of warranty, causing tire damage on new tires that now need to be replaced.

Car was delivered to Cartelligent with paint defect.

Car was delivered to Cartelligent with paint defect. Car was returned to Kia to get it fixed. I had to recontact my insurance company,FasTrak and Sirius Radio over a week later from original delivery, I have to contact them again. Car has mileage on it that I did not create. A big headache.
