Service Staff was friendly, knowlegeable, and resolved my issue under warranty. Their key dropoff box is safe a secure so I felt comfortable droping the car off the night before.

New car was lovely and reasonably priced (as well as immediately available unlike at many other dealers), and trading in our car was a dream. Very easy process and generous price. Jose was nice, helpful, and informative. The process took quite a long time (~5 hours) but not sure if that is common. We went in at around 4:30 for our appointment -- knowing in advance what car we wanted, doing a test drive of it, and then negotiating and signing papers -- and left a bit after 9 (the dealership closed at 8 but they stayed late to support us).

For me customer service or hospitality isnt at the forefront for this dealership. If I’m going to drop a lot of money on a car I expect a bit more hospitality BEFORE I sign for the car
