We recently purchased a pre-owned 2024 EV9 from Capitol Volkswagen and Capitol Kia reached out shortly afterward to let me know about some recalls on the vehicle. They efficiently scheduled the appointment and set expectations of how long it would take. When we arrived, Dom was helpful and explained all of the recall work needed. The car was updated and we had no problems picking it up. In addition, the Parts department was very helpful in getting me some accessories for my vehicle.

I only have great things to say about this dealership. I came in ready to buy a car and James was our salesman. As a woman, I really appreciated that James is not overly aggressive. This was my first car buying experience and he made my boyfriend and i feel at ease. He helped me understand what what needed within each warranty (which I did upgrade) while still being extremely respectful and professional. If I ever need a car in the future I will definitely come back to do business with James. Thank you so much James, I’m in love with my new car!!

Absolutely the best. I’ve visited many dealerships including different brands. This is the best experience since my sales rep is very helpful and friendly and introduced me to Kia carnival.I really liked it so I changed my decision from Toyota Sienna to Kia Carnival. Alexis is the best, my test drive and purchase experience was beyond smooth. Other staff including finance and managers are all great. I would refer my friends and I’ll leave a 5 star Google review as well.

Sebastian was a delight! He was very professional and very knowledgeable and helped us buy our daughter's first car. Despite all the back and forth, he was very patient and kind throughout the whole buying process. Our experience overall was super!

I had my vehicle serviced at Capitol Kia for an oil change, and about two months later I noticed an oil leak. The issue was upsetting and caused a significant inconvenience, especially since I wasn’t expecting a problem after routine maintenance. When I brought the car in for inspection, the service team was honest and took accountability, explaining that the drain bolt had not been tightened enough during the previous service. Although I was frustrated by the situation, I appreciated their transparency and willingness to make things right. Their honesty and professionalism in addressing the issue helped restore my confidence in their service department.

I have owned 3 Kia's and all of them have had amazing service levels whenever I brought them in. I really have had wonderful sales service and outstanding service with the service dept whenever i needed something done to any of the 3 cars.

Cameron was super helpful with information and coming along on the test drive. The next day he was bust so we completed our purchase with Victor. Very nice guy, full of stories (which may have helped the process take a bit longer than it needed to). Finance was super helpful and got us moving efficiently. The vehicle was nice and clean when it was all over, and we left satisfied with our decision.
