    Was greeted with pleasantness by a young man ( sorry I failed to get his name), who introduced me Larry who handled everything from that point on with... pleasantness also. My first time having my vehicle serviced at Nationwide Kia. I purchased my vehicle from Sean at Nationwide . Thank you and I’ll be back

    My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Nationwide Kia in the past 2 months. We are now the proud owners of the finest vehicles on the road!! We... now own a 2018 Kia Rio and a 2018 Kia Sorento. The customer service is outstanding!! Our salesman, Shawn, is amazing!!! Please ask for him when you go into Nationwide Kia to purchase your vehicle. If you want a great car... definitely purchase a Kia! If you want a great buying experience... you must go to Nationwide Kia!!! Five star all day long!!!

    Have not bought a car in almost 10 years and was not looking forward to it now. I was pleasantly surprised by my non-pressure experience at Nationwide.... We asked a lot of questions and spent a great deal of time there before agreeing to buy. The salesman was extremely helpful and patient. In fact, we were treated very well by the entire Nationwide team.

    My name is Gloria W. I was taken care of with the upmost professionalism and care. The sales man was Shawn who contacted me, listened to my hearts desire... and delivered the make, model, even exact color I wanted. It was like a delayed Christmas present. He assured me that Nationwide Kia was the way to go. I was absolutely floored by the care of Shawn. I will recommend him and Nationwide Kia to all my teacher friends. The sales manager was also awesome and extremely accommodating and cordial. Thank you Kia for making this a 5 Star experience!!!!

    On our first visit, we were NOT looking for a new car. We had researched 2016-2017 Sorentos and were highly impressed. Our salesman, Rolland, was professional... and knowledgeable, but we wanted to check out some used cars at Carmax before we made any decisions. Rolland was correct when he stated a used car with the options and mileage we wanted would cost about the same as a new car, without the 10-year power train warranty from the Kia dealership! After test-driving a wide variety of vehicles and searching online for the "perfect" car, my wife and I agreed to go for the 2018 Sorento! We've only owned it for 10 days but it rides like a dream and we hope to enjoy it for years to come. We started 2018 with a bang and couldn't be happier. Thanks to the team at Nationwide Kia for the help!

    I went to another Kia dealership in Wakefield, NC a week before and had the worst experience in how they handled business, but this only opened the door... for me to seek further because I wasn't comfortable, in how they handled things. Eugene, Sang and team of Nationwide Kia, worked hard behind the scenes on making things happen, so in me sharing my negative experience on what I went through, they aimed on making it best. Once they knew of my history Sang and team worked hard to make me have the best in what I wanted and showed me how they and could work with me.  Eugene walked me through all I needed to know about the vehicle. Customer Service makes a difference. Blessings in Disguise!

    I just wanted to say from the first meeting with Mr. Eugene Drayton 5 years ago, I felt very comfortable, he made me feel like family! I was able to let... go of any anxiety I brought with me for fear I would be overrun while choosing a new vehicle. He was and is very courteous and patient while being open and honest about the buying process. This is my second car I've bought from Mr. Drayton and have referred a friend who also made a purchase from him. I also wanted to note that Mr. Drayton went above and beyond during an unfortunate mix up and assured me that I would be taken car of... As a result I was able to obtain two consecutive oil changes without incident due to his exceptional personal customer service. I would be very happy to recommend Eugene to any all individuals I come across that are interested in buying a vehicle! Thank you Nationwide Kia for having Mr. Drayton on staff, he's my #1 salesman!!     Mr. Kim and Mr. Sang were both a pleasure to work with - the complete opposite of aggressive, misleading, "fast talking" salespeople I had encountered... at other dealers. They were authentic and it was clear they were not trying to play games or use ambiguous tactics to win my business. I appreciate their straightforward approach and that they were respectful of my time and did not lie to me over the phone just to get me to the dealer. Even if they had not been the least expensive offer, I probably would have purchased from them because the experience was so much more positive.
