Deceptive dealership, they will say anything to sell a car. Kayla lied to my 72 year old mother and sold a 2023 model when she thought it was a 2024. Lied again and said it had smart cruise control, I found out months later that it didn't. They will lie and deceive to sell what is on their lot.. BUYER BEWARE!!

poor communication, poor follow through.
poor communication, poor follow through. I had my car serviced here twice; both times, the work took longer than i was promised. after an oil change, they did perform any of the other service (tire-pressure check, fluid refill, basic cleaning) instead returned my car with a carwash coupon. they hadn't even bother to reset the "service indicator" light on my car - even after going back twice, I ended up looking up on YouTube to figure out how to re-set the service indicator myself. There's also poor communication and follow through. This location seems chronically understaffed, and it is impossible to get a hold of service advisor to check on the status of my car. I brought my car back for a alignment, and they had to drop my car off after hours because the work was not complete in time.. when they dropped of the car, the dealership didn't bother including any notes or reports about the work performed; no explanation, no follow through. Instead, I saw a 25$ erroneous charge on my bill without explanation. I left two voicemails and sent emails to assistant manager Kris Brunson, but he never replied to my email or voicemail. I do not recommend this dealership. Perhaps the worst experience I have had getting my car repaired at an authorized dealership.

Terrible purchasing experience
Terrible experience purchasing a car here. I discovered damage right after taking possession of the car. Instead of having empathy and demonstrating good customer service, the people there treated me poorly. They ignored my emails and voicemails, accused me of damaging the car myself, and never once apologized for delivering a damaged car. After 2 months of getting the runaround from the sales guys I was able to get in touch with the owner. He agreed to pay to fix the damage, but never took responsibility for the poor treatment I had received. He lied to me, never apologized for delivering a damaged car, and seemed more interested in the review I would leave than anything else. I'd never purchase a car from these folks again and would never recommend them to anyone else.

NO interest in helping me
Worst customer service by the manager Anthony. I knew my credit was not the best. he said he had connections that could get me a new SUV. I waited over 24hrs and no reply. I began to notice my calls were being screened. I went back to the dealership and he acted like he didn't know me. If the deal couldn't be done a quick call would suffice. instead Anthony ignored me and then kicked me out of the dealership.
