Car repair

Brought my car in for oil change, I was greeted quickly and courteously. She took down all the information and I was on my way. Called when car was ready for pick up. Cost was just about what was quoted.

CAR REPAIR

Repair prices are a little steep compaired to non dealer repair shop , quallity of work and staff is excellent, well satisfied with this dealership

Oil change

The only one piece of feedback is that my car needed a new air filter. No one called me to ask if I wanted it replaced while the car was in the garage. What was written on my report was the following: Observations: Found air filter excessively dirty. Had someone called, I would have said, "Replace it." I did call Chris after I got my car back and he kindly offered for me to come back in next week and he'll take care of it for me. He was super nice, and hence why I gave all 5 stars above for being satisfied. In the future, I would like to be called when something is found to be wrong with my car, so that it can be fixed right then, versus me needing to take off from work again to drive my car back to the garage. Even with the above small issue, this is by far the best dealership I have ever experienced when buying a new car. And the service of free oil changes is amazing. Thank you.

2010 KIA SEDONA

i WAS VERY PLEASED WITH NATIONWIDE KIA EXCEPT A DEAD CELL BATTERY THAT HAD A 24 MONTH GUARANTEE, BUT AFTER 26 months and only 12.436 MILES THEY COULD NOT MAKE AN EXCEPTION, SO I PURCHASED A NEW ONE FOR MY 2010 SEDDONA WHICH I PURCHASED NEW AND PAID CASH FOR, THAT'S RIGHT CASH. I MADE COMPLAINTES TO "CUSTOMER CAR'E' A FEW TIMES, AND HAD WRITTEN A LETTER TO THE PRESIDENT OF KIA, WITH NO REPSPONCE, THAT'S WHY I ONLY GO BACK FOR THE FREE FOR LIFE OIL CHANGES AND FREE TIRE ROTATIONS. THATS' WHY I WILL NEVER BY ANOTHER KIA.

Kia Sorento service

I had my KIA sorento serviced at Nationwide and have to say it was a great example of what customer service is supposed to be. I had the regular service, an alignment and replacement of front brakes. I was also in for a sound that I was hearing in the rear of the car. Since it was difficult to describe, the technician offered to drive with me so I could show him. The guy that wrote up my invoice was extremely polite and professional. He took the time to explain the repairs I needed and also to discuss a few maintenance items that I will need to have on my next visit so I can plan for the time and expense. overall great experience. couldn't ask for better.

Routine check up, maintinence, and oil change

I called for a last minute oil change on a Friday afternoon hoping for the best and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fit me in on a busy day. Chris was very friendly, personable and efficient. Very pleasant experience overall.

Everything they did for my 15,000 mile warranty check was exactly as they said it would be including the time I spent in the waiting area a very pleasant experience fresh coffee freshwater and I would recommend nationwide Kia to anyone thank you so much

Service for our Kia Soul

We received prompt and courteous service at Nationwide....even for our first free oil change! Our service representative even gave us a coupon for a free car wash just around the corner from the service location....that was nice! My wife enjoyed her manicure while we waited and we were on our way shortly after it was completed. My wife said we should give a rating of 20 because we received such prompt and friendly service!!! So...there you go...not a 10 but a 20.... We enjoyed our quick service and were on our way. Bryan and Khwanchai Halamicek
